I saw Dr. Herbolsheimer as a new patient. I am a CMA and know the medical field well. I went to this Doctor for help with menopause. She was rude and very cold. I began telling her my symptoms and her first question to me was “so how much coffee do you drink”? I said I don’t drink coffee. She said ok, how much pop do you drink? I said I don’t drink pop. This must have made her mad, because as sharp as she could ask, she firmly then asked me ok, how much caffeine do you consume? I guess she was looking for a quick reason as to why I was suffering so badly, and she realized she was on the wrong path. Had she asked me what my diet consisted of, I could have filled her in that I eat plant base, no meat, no dairy, no alcohol or junk food and I also walk 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. She then stated she too was in menopause but because of family history, she is not a candidate for hormone therapy. She also added,, very rudely, I just have to get through it. And added, what am I suppose to do, I’m a doctor with patients. She made me feel as though, no help for her, means no help for me. And that’s exactly what happened….nothing. She ran some hormone tests, and didn’t bother to call me to discuss the results. She had her nurse do it. Her message said you are in menopause really? and the doctor does not think you are a candidate for hormone therapy but she did recommend an over the counter herbal supplement. She basically left me hanging. I went to her because of how severe my symptoms were. Menopause has taken away any quality of life for me. I tried to explain that this is not living and can’t even do my job. Nothing! I am taking the time to make sure any new patient who needs serious help due to menopause, do not go here. Menopause is serious and your doctor should take it seriously and never assume that the reason why your symptoms are so bad is because you are probably drinking a pot of coffee a day with donuts. I moved on and found a doctor who was shocked and shook her head when I told her my experience. I broke down when my new doctor said, don’t worry, we’re going to get you back on track and back in life again. I couldn’t be more thankful that I finally found a physician who took the time to listen to her patient and offer just a little sympathy. I couldn’t be more grateful to her. I will end this by offering my Rx to Dr. Herbolsheimer, your menopause has made you rude and and lack consideration for a new patient. I suggest YOU take a medical leave of absence until your menopause is over. No charge for my dx! And your response is as cold as the appointment. Two other doctors found that I am a candidate for hormone therapy and is already working for me. My point of my review was not only did I not get any type of treatment but the insensitivity that the doctor had towards me as a patient looking for help, was the worst I have ever experienced!
Most caring doctors ever! Spent two weeks in the hospital until delivery at 34 weeks. They always checked in. After being home i still had so many issues and had to call them in the middle of the night. They always answered my questions and were able to help. Suprised they're not sick of me for calling so much.
Staff is very rude. Walked in and nobody said hi. Front desk lady had an attitude and didn't know how to do her job. She was texting on her phone while "helping" me. She asked me for an insurance card which my insurance doesn't provide a card. She was to busy texting than to help and listen to me about how to verify my insurance....which they verified my insurance before I even had my appointment. I ended up walking out and calling women to women who was able to see me right away and had not a single problem with my insurance.
Didn't even make it through a phone call with reception before I decided I won't be calling back.
I cannot express how much I enjoyed my experience with this practice, in particular Dr. Kilgore. I switched to this practice after my last pregnancy and wish I would have done it sooner. I have such gratitude and respect for the entire staff of the practice. Thank you.
Amazing, amazing, amazing!! The doctors are brilliant, caring, and professional. The staff is so sweet. I was also very impressed with the office. It is very beautiful and open. I recommend this office to everyone.
Dr. Meyer and Dr. Crandall are the best of the best! I would recommend them to any woman for day to day services or OB appts! Pics are of my 2 babies that were delivered by Dr. Crandall!
My wife loves her doctors, they are always very courteous and take excellent care of her!
I could not ask for better doctors or staff. Both of their locations are fantastic.
Amazing and caring Doctors!
