Lake Bluff Post Office

I have had two pieces of mail that I know of — invitations to events that were really important to me — not get delivered. I checked with both parties and they sent the invitations to my correct address, and they did not get anything returned. The only cause I can point to is careless delivery. When I tried to call the post office, I get an electronic menu. “Carrier” seemed to be the prompt closest to my issue, but when I pressed this button, there was another prompt that asked me for my tracking number. No option at all to speak to a person, leave a message, etc. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service!

Very convenient location. I'm surprised that this location doesn't have an automated postage kiosk. I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes just to mail a small package with tracking. With the automated kiosk I could've done that in less than 5 minutes. Next time I'll just buy postage online and drop it off at this post office.

Fast easy service with a smile. I will be back. I prefer this USPS over others in the area. Just be careful about parking next to the building, it will grab your bumper.

This located needs a machine if they are only going to have one person working. A group of us had to wait in line while one woman mailed over 20 packages. Some of us don't have 30 minutes to try and mail one package. Ridiculous.

It's a local post office, everyone is very friendly, good advice about shipping stuff. Exactly what I came there for!

I cannot beleive who post office hiring..there is a guy working overthere ..he has no idea what he is doing..my mail got lost with a very important bussiness papers..

Love coming here, staff is always so friendly and quick with services. Highly recommend.
