Lake City Bank

Switched from Farmers to Lake City and have been happy with the move since. My banking has been easy to track with the mobile lake city mobile app and have had great customer service. Kelly Garretson is the best to work with! Very caring and always professional.

Been banking here for years. Their is one lady in their who is very nasty to customers not Kelly, I have had many problems with her, and she has a very bad attitude. I go every Friday or Saturday to deposit my check usually have no issue, every time I deal with the nasty lady she gives me a hard time, not sure why but it needs to stop. She should not be interacting with the public at all. Someone should talk to her about this. I don't want to name names because their is only like 6 people who work there, and if they read this they will know exactly who I am talking about. Thanks for reading.
