I needed a last minute Corsage for my sons prom date. Mrs. Dana, owner, was ready to jump in and help me in every way possible. She was very friendly and done an amazing job. I definitely recommend their shop and will be doing business with them again for all my future needs.

Follow up, 12/4/2022 Our order was fully credited. Thank you for the quick response. I am moving my review from two starts to four stars. Sandra F My company spent over $100 to have a bouquet delivered for my birthday. It was ordered on 11/18 for delivery. They called the person who ordered and said that they couldn't deliver Friday, but they would Monday. Monday they didn't call, so the person who ordered called them. They finally showed up with the bouquet on Tuesday, 11/22. By Thursday, the roses were all brown tinged and the primary greenery was dried up. Today, 11/25, I pulled out the dead flowers and greenery to try to enjoy the best flowers a little longer. No wonder! The stems were all only 4-6" long - no way they reached any water source. My belief is that they did the bouquet, but didn't want to deliver to the Village, so they just held onto it for the 3-4 days it was at its best and I was supposed to be enjoying it. It may be petty, but it was representative of the order: the card was written in very sloppy handwriting and "birthday" was spelled Birhdy. I will be telling my company to order from someone else in the future I work remotely and they send me flowers at least twice a year and will be going to In Bloom network to request a refund.

This place went above and beyond for me. I called on Friday afternoon needing a patriotic bouquet for my 4th of july Monday wedding and they Nailed it! Not only did they make me something Beautiful, they also met me on Sunday closed Sundays when I got into town! Would highly recommend

Went into this store and received no help from the salesperson, not even an acknowledgement. To top it off, I originally left no comment on my review and the snide comment below was left, stating they had found no sales in my name so the one star review seems even more appropriate.

You would think if you ordered flowers online that they would give you any update about your order, well they don't. I placed my order on Wednesday to have flowers delivered on Friday to my friend for her Father's funeral. I called the number on the website on Saturday, and was told "we're closed, and I'm pretty sure we delivered your flowers if you placed an order. If you want us to check call back Monday." I didn’t want to call my friend during her father’s funeral to say “hey did you get flowers delivered?”I paid $85.59 to receive the large bouquet of sympathy flowers described on the website, however that is not what was received. I can understand if my ordered needed to be adjusted due to lack of supplies etc, however my total should’ve reflected that change. The quality of the Bouquet was mediocre and they definitely gave her a small bouquet instead the large. Don't waste your money....this place is overpriced. I could've gotten her a better bouquet from a local grocery store had I know this is what I was buying.

My sisters in law ordered $300 worth of flowers from them and it never arrived for my mother in law’s birthday! I was so embarrassed as I live in Hot Springs and they ordered from out of the country. Horrible experience!!! Go somewhere else!!

Been doing business with them for years. Never had a bad experience. Have some really cool stuff in their gift shop too.

LH Florist & Gifts delivered anniversary roses from my husband last Tuesday and one week later they are even more beautiful than they were the first day!
