My family inlaws too loves this place. The owners of the campground are kind, courteous, considerate and truly caring. I just wish I could spend more time out there with my wife Christy and our 4 girls, in 2020 that's my goal.
This is a very nice campground its close to home for us as well ...stayed there for the first time this weekend people were super friendly owner checked on us few times to make sure we didnt need anything planning on going back in near future fishing was great cant think of a negative thing to say
Fun times and great campground.. excellent owners
Garden of Eden. Compared to my desert resident. We had a reservation with thousands trails and was greeted so rudely by a burgundy hair older lady, we requested refund and went or separate ways. We was very lucky to come across LAKES IN THE PINES. Driving around, getting swept away by this fairytale village, we completely passed the short term camping site. A wonderful long term resident drove to the spot for us to follow and called the camp host on our behalf. Camp host arrived friendly and welcoming. Explained simple rules, rate, and wished us a good stay. And that we did. Glow bugs I haven’t seen since childhood, wild strawberry bushes, nature all around. Enjoyed walking my dogs, and they were fascinated by the horses. Site has 30 amp and maybe 50 amp and water hookups, unpaved with red clay dirt be careful Nearby dumpster and sewage towards entrance. Limited to no cell service. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
Water so clear you can see to the bottom thanks to the clams and snails. Very mossy recommend top water bait.
It's great peace place... friendly people
When it was starting out it was like 3 pounds to go to with a big lake. But now it approved a lot back in 1990's. Love it now more activity for young people and old . Thank you
I came down to lake in the pines to fish and hang out at the camp ground I brought my utv to carry my fishing equipment since I move around to different spots. I pull into the camp ground and there is a utv sitting in front of store and I have seen them around the camp ground the last few years. I stopped driving it around when it started to get dark then the owner comes over and tells me that utvs are not aloud in the camp ground. When I was there driving it around for the last 8 hours driving the speed limit. So I will not be coming back to spend any of my money at any of the events. I will find another camp ground to go to.
This place is awesome I come here every year and all the times it’s been fun you can ride your bike fish swirl there’s a part and it’s really nice to ride around and hike too this is a good place to go to for the summer or spring break also a good place to bring friends and family
I would love to say I have an experience at this campground but I've been trying to get a hold of them for a week to book a couple nights for this weekend and NO ONE ever answers the phone. I leave a message and never get a phone call back! I guess is business is so good they don't need any new customers?! So frustrating!!!
