I have loved Jackson Lake for many years. We saw families fishing. It brought back many memories. It was lovely to see it full from the winter’s snow melt.
Beautiful place , to enjoy nature , the birds gave me a free musical concert , watching the turtles and the squirrels ….. unfortunately people without culture leaves her trash everywhere, also by today June 28 there’s barely any fish left , they wiped out the lake , you can see death fish floating around. Honestly the lake doesn’t look that bad yet hopefully people reconsider their ways
There is no better City in California than LA for the winter, our weather is spectacular and for fun in the snow we have to travel up the mountain, more than two hours, this year we visited Jackson Lake on January 2, oh what a fun trip , there is snow up to 8 feet deep, we were able to slide and make huge snowman, a lot of people who couldn't find parking, spectacular mountain views where your mind remembered all the Christmas images of the places that are always covered in snow in that era.
Is always pretty there especially during the fall water levels get very low in the Winter
A very tranquil place to visit with much nature and places to wind down a bit. Best part is it's free! A sign does say something about having an adventure pass for an extended stay, but I go quite often and have never been asked for a pass. Just a nice and quite place to get some peace from your busy lives
It is so peaceful. I love all the trees, they're so beautiful, and the little lake. I love it!
First Time Here It Was A Cute Lil Place To Hangout Have A Picnic Or BBQ And You can Fish
So beautiful in the fall when it snows! It’s like perfect autumn and winter in the same scene.
Nice place to hang out before the winter snow season. Come prepared food, tire chanins, etc., drive safely and be patient
It's Beautiful the water level is the highest I have ever seen it . It's clean , quiet , and peaceful
