The worst post office ever don’t waste your time going here go to the next closest one. I’m not sure of the lady name but she is the short black lady that always wear a Bennie on her head always have on a mask and wear a large face watch… she has a very piss poor attitude, she doesn’t speak clearly or loud enough for someone to hear since she have on a thick mask, she looks at you crazy when you ask a question for clarification or assistance. I dread going there I’m going to get my P.O. Box changed to another location. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable going somewhere besides here… she need to work in the back where she doesn’t have to deal with customers
It has been 40 days since I filled all paperwork required by your office to request the forwarding of my mail. Not a single envelope has arrived to the new address. I moved from the Station House, at 188E Crystal Lake Ave, 204, Lake Mary, FL 32746 to 2340 McAleer Rd, Sewickley, PA 15143. What will it take for this change to take place? Since moving to Lake Mary the LM USPS has been nothing but issues. Every other shipping company can get us out packages on time and accurately without trouble. USPS has sent back all the packages we’ve had through them for over a month now. They say our addresses don’t match, an issue that somehow only they have. Then the problem changes and we have a forwarded address listing us as being somewhere else. No issues with FedEx, UPS or Amazon. This place is comedically bad.
So I as able to schedule a pick up for today and you guys didn’t mind telling me you were closed for Juneteenth. Let’s mark your building closed like you would for other holidays. And also let’s open up the boxes for drop off if you are gonna be closed. I have stuff to drop off that’s time sensitive and now I can’t.
This is literally the WORST post office. No one ever answers and several times they have listed a family member's home as "vacant" "no such address exist" or "moved" when she was RIGHT there and many important documents were returned to sender or lost. This location should be investigated for their practices.
Post office staff very rude! Unfriendly! It felt very uncomfortable just standing listening to the rudeness of the staff!
If I -could rate lower I would, told me to come back with a QR code to print my label at the post office, to only tell me once I am back they don’t print labels and I have to go to the closest OfficeDepot to print a label. What a joke.
Terrible post office, they will lose your package and your money !!! Do not use this post office!!! Terrible customer service, people up front are rude & the guy behind the desk threaten to fight me. Do not trust the government to send your packages!!!! I hope they go out of business or completely change all of their staff members out !!!
This is the 4th time just this year that the Lake Mary Distribution Center has routed my packages wrong. My current package was just routed to TN I live in East FL. Get it together.
Great staff. Very helpful with late hours for the window inside.
