A bunch of good restaurants in here. I and a bunch of coworkers go here for breakfast and lunch a lot. Good choices depending on what you're in the mood for.
Lots of random homeless people lately in this area. I ride my bike here and I use to think it was a pretty clean and comfortable area but lately it seems populated with random transients that don't want to get help for themselves. I have no empathy for homeless people who don't try and take the extra step to get help as there is help at the county shelters. I think that people should be allowed to come and go as they please but not stay for months at a time on the street, there is a way and alot of jobs are available. I was once and I know exactly how this is and I understood there is a way to get help to help yourself, disability or not. No excuses! I have seen two women on seperate occasions outside this area with children asking for money with a sign. I feel this is sad and un called for. There is help and all they need to do is search Seminole County human services department and request assistance. You don't have to sleep outside or in the woods! There is a wooded area about .5 miles on LM Blvd. It has so much debris and trash from people living in it that I don't understand why I'm the only one who thinks this needs cleaned up. It's in the county limits and it is the responsibility of the people and county to shut it down. I'm sure it's full of drugs. If I had authority I'd walk right in there and start cleaning it up myself and relocating this entire camp. The community deserves a safe and clean environment and this is getting dirty and feeling unsafe outside is a priority. Plus with the influx of people moving in, it is going to get worse unless some type of controls and ordinances are put into place. It's tough for everyone but there is help.
Great brunch/lunch area.
Haven't been in a while. A little disappointing.
Lake Mary Village is a unique plaza for tourists staying in the area for Disney Vacations and perfect for locals. If you have children and they get sick, there is Nite Lite Pediatrics which is an after hours doctors office. It’s so much better than going to the ER. They see infants and kids up to 17 and provide good care. If they give you a prescription, Greenwood pharmacy is next door open Mon-Saturday until 6pm or so. If you need to grab a new pair of flip flops or need a hat go shopping at TJ Maxx/Home Goods, get a manicure at the nail salon, get an extreme Brownie next to the pharmacy, fill up your liquor cabinet at the liquor store, and grab a burger at Burger Fi. Everything you need including Jason’s Deli. It’s a one stop plaza for almost all of your needs. There’s even a Taco Bell near the east end of the plaza. Good parking, great food, and awesome staff!
Lots of shops, restaurants in this plaza. Ample parking and convenient entry/exit points so you can go any direction on lake mary and Rinehart.
Missing true bins. Wasn’t thrilled with new store.
TJMaxx would do more business if they had a couple of those electric handicap carts. I know for a fact because of my mother she can only walk as far as the purses and jewelry!
Great place for food choices
