The doctors and staff are always friendly. The infusion suites in Mooresville and Statesville are very comfortable.

I highly recommend Lake Norman Neurology - Dr. Dubois and his staff truly care about their patient's. I never feel rushed or dismissed, whether it's an in office visit, tele-health or an issue handled over the phone or email through the clinical care team, especially Jennifer.

Everyone here is very friendly!! Dr Bridgette Cook and I have finally began my journey to figure my migraines out and getting on the road to receive some relief. She went over a lot of information with me and was very understanding. I’m so happy I was referred to lake Norman neurology. Definitely will recommend them to my family and friends.

The wait times after check in are very short and the staff is top notch. The reason my review is 4 star rather than 5 star is the difficulty with getting an appointment which can be 6-8 weeks. Aside from that I appreciate that Dr. Braunstein spends time with his patients and is very patient and thorough with answering questions and explanations of treatment plans.

The pa that I had was really nice and she knew her stuff. She was the only doctor that told me that I have had several strokes by looking at my MRI of my brain.

My wife started going to Dr Braunstein around a year ago and is the best Neurologist we have encountered. He's very thorough and listens to what you have to say as well. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend him for any Neurological needs you may have.

Dr. Braunstein is amazing and is also very kind. I was in a car accident and for months doctors could not figure out why I had so much pain and migraines and why the medicines they were giving me did not work. I saw doctor Braunstein and within minutes, he figured it out it is something you can't see on an x-ray, CT scan or MRI A doctor just has to know his or her stuff. Also, his kindness is beyond what I've experienced in any doctor. He listens and asks about eveything going on with me healthwise, not just my nerve pain. Another big thing he helped me with where other doctors have not and sometimes made me feel bad is that my body does not always react typically to medicines. I will react opposite of what they're supposed to do or they won't work at all. There are some medicines that will take down a 200lb man and won't do anything for me a 100lb female. He knows why, because there is an actual reason for this, and he explained it to me and works with me. I can now give my other doctors a heads-up. He doesn't treat me like some freak or an addict. I can't begin to explain how grateful I am to have Dr. Braunstein as my doctor. Thank you so much Dr. Braunstein!! Also, the Mooresville staff and Lynn, his nurse, are so professional and kind. Lynn is on it. She gets back to me quickly and she knows her stuff. Thanks to Lynn and all the staff in Mooresville too!

Dr Bronstein is one of the best doctors I see in the area. He is always pleasant. He checks in with me as a person, then asks questions about the reason for my visit, reviews my meds that I am taking, including from doctors out of his network and then usually wraps up asking about the things we had talked about before. He has a wonderful demeanor and is a great active listener.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. We love Dr. Braunstein because he is easy to talk to and explains things very well. We are always seen in a timely manner.
