LAKE OZARK RECREATION AREA (LORA)

Great Getaway Location! Perfect Family Vacation spot to relax in a quieter area on the lake but still reaching distance to the touristy Osage Beach area if you want to drive. Our cabin was well maintained and very nice 2Bed, 1Bath. Good water pressure, fresh linens and towels provided on check-in, and kitchen was small but stocked with plates, silverware, etc. No oven in our cabin but we were told other cabins have them included. The process of renting the boats and jet skis is very easy. Boats were in good condition and the prices very reasonable. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, this is located in a beautiful area and you don’t have to travel far to enjoy all the lake has to offer. We hope to come back again!

Beautiful place. Dark at night. Stars were beautiful. Laundry, bath house. All kept nice and clean. Maintenance was helpful. There was a limb hanging low on our site and they cut it for me. Thank you all very much.

It was kind of twofold experience I had never been down that weighs on the road to get to the fishing hole and when I got there I drove around it was really cool I believe it was a bad day to catch fish cuz I didn't get her one they got my worms and that's about it Playground: They had a playground Restrooms: And restrooms Dog-friendliness: And I'm sure if I'd bought my Brutus he would've peed on everything Picnic area: The picnic areas were clean and spacious as well

Definitely our favorite place to camp and fish that's within an hour drive from home. They have partial and full hookup, 30A at partial and both 30A and 50A at full. Boat ramp is free. Of course this is only available to Currently serving our Retired Veterans.

It's so gorgeous here, I love it. I visit here whenever I come visit my brother and nieces. I always make it a point to come no matter what the season is rain, snow or shine! So peaceful and so beautiful.

Beautiful. The primitive site we had was amazing. Peacefull and great. The nearest supplies are 30 minutes away, be sure to stock up before you come.

Great place to camp, where used several times. Rustic camping had no one around us. Restrooms were rustic so don't expect glam. There is a shower house up by the electric doors and the RV parking.

The venue is elegant with a very beautiful view of the surroundings. An excellent place to have a wedding, and reception.

Took my boys for Father's Day weekend and had an amazing time.
