Lake point dentist o.O

I do not recommend this clinic at all find yourself where you will get treated for your dental need. I had such a awful experience at this location and went through such a bad trauma. physically & emotionally and it effected my mental health still try to feel like the person I was before. I took my self to the state where I didn’t want to live anymore because of the oral surgery I had to went through after trusting this clinic. Please save your self and find some another doctor who treat you for your better not for insurance money.

I was a bit disappointed to learn the assistant staff with short blonde hair did not introduce herself or seem friendly to see me at all.I know she’s new and it’s perfectly fine. However, I feel she could be more friendlier. The associate dentist is okay but I feel she could be more caring. Several sensitive nerves were touched during the cleaning and my body reacts accordingly. That should have been mentioned like, are you okay, maybe?. None. Overall, not a good experience for me .

Today I got 3 cavities done and by far the best experience I ever had dealing with cavities. Dr. Sireesha is the best ever, the way she takes care of my teeth and explains what she is exactly going to do makes me very comfortable. She is always looking out for the best for your teeth. Also, I want to give a big shoutout to Daisy which she is amazing! Daisy does her job perfectly and explains everything so well. Thank you Dr. Sireesha and Daisy. I really appreciate all you guys do.

As a patient of Dr. Shireesha for years, I've had nothing but great experiences- or least the best you can expect going to the dentist. Dr. Shireesha is thorough, pays the upmost attention to your comfort, and has a consistently positive and upbeat attitude. To make things better, she added Dr. Lomen, who is equally fantastic in all areas. She a great addition to an already great practice. As far as the financial end, while some people have their own issues and stories, I can tell you they work very well with my insurance, and I have rarely had to pay anything out of pocket and it's minimal $21 the last I can remember. They find a way to make it work while providing excellent service, comfort, and a smile to be proud of.

I was refered by a very close friend of my family that I trusted. When I had my appointment for cleaning it was the worse experience I ever had. The dental hygienist was very professional, the dentist her self was very very rude and unprossional, she told the hygienist yo stop and go to lunch, rushed me out the chair I had to figure out how to turn the water on to raise my month. She told me I had to go, I was told one amount when i got there and another, which was more when I got ready to leave. Worse experience ever

Love the staff they make you feel so welcoming. The office is amazing the doctors are great. I am so scare of the dentist however the Dr made me feel safe and I had no pain. Love the office

If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further! Dr. S is a wonderful dentist and one of the nicest people I have ever met. She has excellent bedside manner and makes sure to explain your treatment plan clearly and thoroughly. She has exceptionally gentle hands and makes sure the patient is comfortable at each step of the procedure. Her staff are also professional and personable. It's always a pleasure to be in her office.

From the front desk to the chair, every person in the office took care of me from beginning to end throughout the entire appointment process. Dr. Sireesha is knowledgeable, caring, and pain free - she took pictures of what she was doing and showed me what was going on through the entire appointment. In addition, the office space is modern, beautiful, and well equipped. I received a cleaning here as well from Erin in the past! She has gentle hands but always makes sure she does a thorough job by double checking to make sure she got everything. I go to school in Los Angeles but choose to wait until I’m back home here to have my work done at Lakepoint.

No issues with my teeth / been a customer for over 6 years- very good customer service

I have a phobia.. just one.. the dentist. I have neglected my teeth for far too long. Lucky for me I found Dr Sireesha. I have never had such gentle treatment. I had to have a tooth pulled because I was in so much pain, I couldn't think straight. I was so terrified thanks to stupid dentists from the past. I called Jason in the front office, and what does he say, "Come right in at noon and we'll take care of you!" Then he says he's sorry it can't be sooner! Um.. WHAT?? He was worried about me! Are you ready for my review.... I FELT NOTHING!! I mean there was some pressure, but so what?? It was PAINLESS!! I live about an hour away from the office and I will happily travel to my wonderful Dr Sireesha and her fantastic team. I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have found her.
