Rude and hateful when I came to pick up. Called them 6 times and nobody answered the phone and when I expressed this because I talked to them yesterday and they didn’t tell me we had a problem, the woman hatefully told me I should of left a message and talked to me like I was a child. Her name was Stephanie. If I could give zero stars I would because I have never been talked to by someone like I was by her. Absolute terrible customer service.
I’ve lived here over three decades and I absolutely love Lake Regional Pharmacy- Osage Beach. The staff is incredible, communication is on point, and service is exceptional. Techs and pharmacists go out of their way to care for you and your medication needs. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
Friendliest staff.. always great at being patient with the customer and explaining everything you need to know about your medication... Plus they deliver!!!
