Do not expect this to be your typical gym experience; there are no TV’s, state of the art machines and no mirrors on the walls. Instead you will find things such as pull-up bars, Medicine balls, barbells, kettlebells, rowers, sleds and much more. You will learn to push, pull, jump, run, row, throw, climb and sweat your way to an overall broad, yet elite level of fitness. A certified coach will lead every group workout.
