Allowed a person in the patient pre-op area with a loaded gun! Completely outrageous and ridiculous! I will never come here again and I will def be writing a formal complaint.
They charged me xxx dollars out of pocket for a 10 minute surgery 6 weeks ago. To this date they still havent sent in the bill. I left phone messages to their billing which do not get returned. Ill never go back there and would suggest you look for a doctor that doesnt use them. They have screwed up all of my bills because they charged deductable which they will have to pay me back because the deductable goes against the first into the insurance company, not the first place it is spent. So all the bills im getting have to wait until they get theirs in. Most unprofessional place ive ever dealt with.
Dr Dyess is great. Billing department was the worst I have ever dealt with. They called at 445 the evening before my son's surgery and told me I owed $1650.00 after insurance. When I advised the lady that I had already paid and that Dr Dyess's ofc had said what I paid would be all I owed out of pocket I then asked why I was only just getting a call from them the night before stating that I owe this much more. The lady seriously responded with they had tried several times over a few weeks to contact me and left several messages. I asked what number had they called she gave me the number and I asked to clarify you left several messages at that number? The lady insisted, "Yes ma'am, several!" At that point I advised her she was lying to me and I knew she was because the number she gave me was my son's social security number.
Professional staff in and out. but the billing department has. None stop harrassed us since two weeks after I tried to pay a small amount before and they refused the payment. They want it all up front. Or legal actions will be taken. They are ridiculous. Trying to pay online now and it will not let you even access the account to pay
We arrived early in the morning and after a short wait our intake nurse was Kathy Pierson. My wife and I both work in the health care field for the last 25 years. With out question Kathy was the sweetest most attentive person we have ever come across.
The billing department is a nightmare. They made us pay over $1500.00 up front, then set up a payment plan for the rest. @ more payments totaling $500 have been taken from my account. My EOB from our ins. shows we only owed a total of $436.00, they were notified of this in Jan, i have yet to get my refund!!!!
Great staff and place. They were all very professional, prompt and attentive. I would definitely recommend and will go back the next time a need any procedure done.
Doctor did an excellent job on tonsillectomy for my son but hospital's billing department was very slow and unprofessional.
Had a. Colonosopy. There by doctor. Nice and friendly staff.
