I contracted the services of driving lessons with the Lakeland Auto Driving School, I took the first package of lessons last February and it helped me a lot to start having more confidence and security when driving, since I didn't drive before. They always send you a reminder of the class the day before and the administrative staff is also very respectful and cordial. The instructor was always very respectful and kind, I recommend this driving school for beginner drivers.
This place is ridiculous. They charged me more than what I was supposed to be charged and when confronted said it was extra for gas, which would have been fine if they notified me. I was scheduled for 3 lessons and a road test which was fine with me, but after the 3rd the instructor started to show up at my house at arbitrary times and then say I was a no call no show when I was never informed of being scheduled. The woman in the office was rude and nasty and told me it wasn’t her fault I didn’t pay attention, but I have screenshots proving I received no notification and I sent them to her and she ignored them. The instructor was very nice the first day and very rude and impatient after that. Constantly slamming the breaks in the car and asking ME why I stopped.
I took my driving test in this school. To be honest, this place in wonderful and I'm talking about the people who works there, starting with the lady in the front desk, very kind and very gentle. Jorge was very professional, he made me feel confident in myself, I had many questions when taking my road test, he clarified everything. Definetly recommend this place.
Jorge is very sweet and very patient, he made sure I felt comfortable when driving with him. I passed my driving test with flying colors, all thanks to him! The prices were very reasonable compared to the other schools. I really recommend this driving school to anyone who is having a hard time learning how to drive.
Mr. Jorge was great with my son and would let him know what to work on at home. I just found out that my son scored 100% on his driving test. Thank you very much for the amazing job. My son was very nervous in the beginning and is now confident behind the wheel.
If you are looking to pass your driver’s test and to have a customer service representative go above and beyond for you I’d recommend this driving school. The instructor was very helpful and made learning to drive a great experience. The customer service rep truly was clear and kind and made sure I was informed. Great school all around!
Fantastic company! Excellent customer service. I passed the DMV road test with a perfect score! Thanks to Jorge and the wonderful instructors!
Very poor service. The driving instructor I believe his name is Jorge was very rude and impatient. He took me to a lesson and when i did not understand his instructions the first time, he yelled and took me back to my house. His instructions and policy are very vague and hard to understand and keep up with. Would never recommend this place and any other form of driving education is better than paying your hard earned money here. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
