Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helped me in every way to rent my 1st storage. Very clean, organized in their process. I feel so safe to leave my personal belongings there. Sydney was exceptional. Great customer service. My mom has a lot of storage sheds, Yelm and tacoma. Going with her throughout the years was a different experience than I had here. Feeling grateful to have my belongings at lakeland hills storage.
Easy online set up and pay. We just ended our "lease" because we moved in the apartment complex across the street! It was super easy to let them know and be relieved of this bill! I will be back if I need storage unit again!

Love this place. I just wish Gate access hrs could be 24 hours or open later. I'd give it 6 stars if access was longer or later.

ATTENTION!! My mom has a storage unit here and someone recently broke in, slashed ALL of the boxes/ bags to see what we had, emptied containers to take what they wanted, broke everything so there was glass on the floor, and had the AUDACITY to CHANGE the lock and put their own one on with a lock/ key they had. We came back to a lock that did not fit our key so we got suspicious. The mess came a huge surprise to us considering 1. they are gated, 2. they have cameras, and 3. they should not have any break ins that they are unaware of. Everyone check your storage, I’m sure we can’t be the only one. Replying to the owner: As part of your daily routine, your employees should be reviewing camera footage from the day prior to ensure no locks are being cut and no storage units are being broken into. 3/4 of our items in the unit were stolen. That’s insane.
Never got broken into, no rodents, or moisture, I had my unit for years and no damage was done to my property, and when I moved across the country, and had to move everything out, the people at the front desk really helped me out and went above and beyond! Thanks to Tanner, and Sydney!
Awesome staff! Eaaasy move in. Everything was explained in detail. I definitely would recommend anyone who wants to rent a storage room to come here! Thank you so much. And they have truck that makes life even easier with moving!
The facility is difficult to enter with loads of items. It is a single door to the entire building and not even a double door. The inside hallways are skinny and crowded. When entering the grounds at the gate it's difficult to get close to the code machine without getting out of your car and leaving is even worse. The code machine to open the door is many feet away from the gate and you do have to get out of your car to put the code in. It just is a very user unfriendly place.
