Just a rip off, scam artist. The young lady employee installed a lock I had purchased. It worked before she left but stopped working 2 hours later and was locked out of my house. I had to break in. I had paid $125. When I called she told me that since it worked when she left it was too bad and I'd have to pay for another service call if I wanted to get it working correctly. I asked her to return my original lock. She told me she'd have to charge me a service call for them to return it. I picked it to myself. Run away!! Don't use them!!
