Very happy with Rebecca on the phone, she is helpful and pleasant to talk to.She even stayed after hours until I dropped my tanks off..I will definitely be back for more business there..
Read the reviews prior, but since they were old took a chance. Went to fill 2 tanks for camper. Met a young lady Rebecca. She was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. No issues, muss or fuss throughout. Will return for future Lp service.
If I could give them a zero I would! Absolutely worst customer service of any company I've EVER dealt with. If you want propane DO NOT get it from these folks. They don't answer their phones, they make promises they can't keep and keep a good employee for the life of them. DO NOT USE LAKE GAS - even if they are the last propane company on earth. Burn wood. At least you'll have a heat source.
Best service EVER they went over the top with my hook up and of the 3 company's I called only 2 returned call and I went with the supplier that could help me the fastest its Fri and we made this set apt on mon that's fast in My book!!!
Hard to deal with. They make it difficult to get gas from them.
