We have taken pets there for 18 years. Dr. Ting is great with our pets. There seems to be an issue with the front office. I called for medication on Thursday 8/24, and said I would pick up Saturday 8/26. Drove there to pick up, and they were closed. Simply posting it on the internet isn't enough. Staff should have communicated it over the phone!
Debbie Ting, DVM has been our pet doctor and friend for many years. She has always taken excellent care of our pets and has a compassionate attitude towards them, as if they were her own. Five Stars!!
After years of having Lakeshore animal hospital as vet for multiple pets I can say without a doubt I will never be using them again. Dr. Ting is amazing and I wish the rest of the staff was 1/2 as competent and caring. The front desk today was just plain out rude on the phone and could care less about what was going on. Never again will I bring any animal there based on how I was treated.
We love this place because they love our pets. We have been going there for almost 30 years. Dr Ting remembers us and our pets when we come in. They are not afraid to go to the vet and are always happy to see her. They are professional and knowledgeable. I trust all my pets there.
I took my kitty, Miss Meows, to be checked on for some mild worries. Dr. Ting was so warm and listened to what I cared about. She was even open and honest when it came to pricing of certain medical needs. This place cares about your pets!
We have used this vet for over 15 yrs. We were there with a diabetic cat 2 weeks ago and our dogs a couple of weeks ago for shots. Last week we picked up food. They never said they were stopping Saturday hours. I called to see if I could bring my sick dog in, They said they were closed on Saturday but could give me an appt for a week from now on a Thurs. I said, " My dog could be dead by then"i'm disabled and can't do itMy husband works. How can we go there ever? Very disappointed in them. Dr. Ting is great though
Dr Ting is a true lover of animals, she puts in a lot of extra time to care for her patients. She has a wonderful caring staff too! Our dog Riley.
They did a great job on my little buddy. At a great price. Thank you. 1-27-23 I want to thank the doctor for being so caring. Our dog Benji was 12 year's old and just got to old. And we had to put him to rest. She was the only doctor I have ever seen give the doga mild sedation before the final shot. And it was so peaceful. It still hurts but I want to thank you so much. God bless you for being so caring.
Such personal care! We needed help making a hard decision, they squeezed us in b/c this cat was on the way out. They were very realistic about our options and wholly supported us, stood right by our side even after our lovey was gone. I trust their very knowledgeable and compassionate staff!
