Everyone is so helpful and they never pressure you into buying an expensive treatment. The waiting room is comfortable and the wait is usually really fast if you have an appointment.
Wow! This dental office is incredible! Their lobby is incredibly clean & welcoming! The staff was courteous, efficient & knowledgeable. Dr. Halsey is an absolute joy! She was even able to do a small filling on my son without anesthesia! She really builds a relationship with her patients. The hygienist, Ayns Leigh, was really sweet and even squeezed in a cleaning for me the same day! Toni chatted me up while she polished and she was the best! They all took extra care to abide by covid compliance standards and we felt so comfortable!
Dr. Halsey is truly amazing. She likes to take the time to make sure every patient feels welcomed and comfortable. If you have any questions or concerns she takes the time to make sure you understand every thing. The office is so beautiful and brand new. Tonia will give you one of the best cleanings you have ever had.
I have had nothing but AMAZING visits. As a 23 year old, I am still scared of the dentist & dread going crazy I know. I recently moved to fort mill & was in the market for a new dental office & loved the reviews the office had on google. I quickly made an appointment & I am so glad I did. Dr. Halsey is so knowledgeable & made me feel so comfortable. After my visit, she stayed in the room for an extra 10 minutes with me talking about life stuff. The entire staff is absolutely amazing!!!!
Never a bad experience at Lakeshore Dental! They have top of the line equipment and always work hard to ensure the comfort of their patients. Dr. Halsey and her team are the most friendly and accommodating staff I have ever experienced in a dental office! I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!
My first experience with this team was amazing! You can honestly tell that they each LOVE what they do! My dentist retired and I was extremely nervous and apprehensive to find another one. Dr. Halsey was so outstanding inviting and warm! I felt like there was zero judgement and she was excited to assist me! I have definitely found my primary dentist and I am actually looking forward to building a long relationship with Lakeshore Dental!! I highly recommend the staff and Dr Halsey especially if you have anxiety about the dentist! After one visit I know exactly where I need to be!!!
Best dental office ever! I have been to several offices throughout Charlotte, but none like Lakeshore Dental in Fort Mill, SC. Dr. Halsey is very understanding, compassionate and passionate about how she can help her patients. Listens to your concerns. Her entire staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable.
Lakeshore Dental is hands down, the best dental office I’ve been to. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. Dr. Halsey is very knowledgeable and takes pride in her office and her work. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, but most importantly, neat and sparkly clean! I would recommend this office to anyone.
