Hands down, best service, great food, it tasted super fresh. I really recommend this spot for steak, but everything is delicious. Grab some dessert to go. Yum!! Safety: Quiet, on main strip but very safe Walkability: Can walk there an all shops near by Food & drinks: Excellent
This was the most comfortable place we have stayed so far! The bed was wonderful, a view of the lake, which was beautiful, from the balcony of our room. The FOOD!!!!!! It was amazing! Best chicken fried steak we have ever had! Plan on sharing because the portions are huge! Great selection of beer and drinks for later in the day!Rooms: 5/5
Great new menu, and refreshed dinning room and garden seating. Enjoyed the destination on our 4 wheelers! Seriously, you can ride from the dunes to this place legally. Dune riders go spend money here it's a killer stop!! Great view also!Service: 5/5
For a small town this is a superb hotel. Enjoyed the prime rib dinner. The night club had live music and a fun crowd. Everyone was there who knows the place really rocks. Be prepared to wait for dinner due to a large patronage.
I did not stay at the Lodge but visited the restaurant and bar. The food is great! The clam chowder was incredible. Highly recommend eating here.Service: 5/5
Room was updated and clean I'm in the industry so I'm very picky and there were many cobwebs in the room but it's that time of the year, however let's talk about the bed, uhhhg they really need to concentrate on updating the bed it was hard and very uncomfortable, we tossed and turned all night and we woke up in pain, As far as the restaurant on property it was seriously subpar at best, that I wouldn't return too, but we would consider the hotel again only for 1 night because of the quality of the beds.

Exceptional in every way. The owners and management are top notch professionals who clearly know what they're doing. The setting is stunning, the recreation surrounding the lodge is unprecedented and the historic "Lodge" portion of the lounge is reminiscent of the old Lake lodges of yester year and tells a story all its own.
