I am believe me honey I drive all the way from the 405 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless they place me in a home you never know girlfriend you do you never know girls I seen it when I was a social worker directions so much I feel so much like you wouldn’t believe thank you so much I get to see her not until September Kimmy I think September 30 is my appointment not sure your mind yes 345 is 315 maritza maritza when 3:45 anything earlier than that yeah yeah really that we could fill that spot yeah because I think it was for 1130 that’s a Friday OK I’ll see you girl thank you so much girls bye-bye Siri U2 I am for ever Thankful of Ms. Vivian, Ms. Kim and Miss Desyre! I recently took my mom to the Glendale location , there was a new nurse in there that was just amazing from the smile and respectful greeting to the care she took with my mom- She didn’t rushed her and my mom told me she has the softest hands she gave her an injection and mom hates them nurses name is Yanira Arias - ask for her she helps you with any questions you may have , has so much patience and she told me she covers different doctors but I was amazed at her bed side manners and customer service my mom wouldn’t stop talking about her on the way home. I asked for the manager to ask give this girl the recognization she deserves but manage was no where to be found. Hopefully this reaches Yanira . She’s an amazing nurse
From my first phone call to Dr Zaghi's office I was astounded by the degree of professionalism demonstrated and the confidence it instilled. All questions were conveyed clearly and purposefully; nothing was rushed or haphazard, even the background din that is commonplace with such calls was absent; I the patient, was the sole focus. And my visit cemented my positive view further - Dr Zaghi and his entire team - Linda, Martha, Anriet, Clenae and Nurse Jasmine were throughout each step informative, responsive, caring, authentic and an absolute delight in every way and I feel tremendous reassurance in the quality of their care medically, administratively and holistically.
For so many years now, our 97 yr young family member “Ms Nora” has been using the very knowledgeable, sincere and compassionate Dr. Danny Zaghi. He has been an intricate source in keeping and Nora in amazing health, he listens very well, and has a wonderful out-source of high ranking other doctors to benefit her health and ours too since now the whole household is under Dr Zaghi’s care and also Dr. Karen Footracer as well in their wonderfully staffed office. We wouldn’t change a thing, and highly recommend both Dr Zaghi & Dr. Footracer. They feel like family to us!!
Save yourself the disgust of going to that place. You will see roaches crawling on the walls. How is that place still open? For the safety of yourself and family make sure they clean that place up before you get any care there. I usually go to burbank location but the doctor is seeing patients in Glendale now. I was terrified . I will be finding a different place for my foot follow up.
Scheduling appointments is quite stressful. The doctors on the other hand are great. My DR Katherine Footracer is great she takes very good care of me and if quite informative. She listens to me and gives me really good information. Facility is clean on the other hand the young receptionist needs to know her stuff she was gonna charging me a co pay I did not have until I told her my co pay was 0
Dr. Ahsan, Irfan DPM Podiatrist is a very knowledgeable and respectful Doctor. He did a thorough job helping me and I would recommend him to friends and family. He ordered the proper tests, gave suggestions for vitamins and recommendations for insoles to help with pain. After so many years of the run around I am glad to finally find a helpful doctor.
Horrible customer service, the lady there or so called secretary is a piece of dirt, not the older lady she is very pleaseant but when i call schedule appt this morning they tell me your doctor is on vacation and we cant schedule you until the 15th , well of course im gonna turn upset and rude and call names after your rude back for me beimg rude , well i can be rude im the customer you ..... D... F... Anyways this lady thinks she can throw me out when its my doctor office i do not care about me being rude or cursing in feont of others , its called "freedom of speech " then she goes in back and gets another office lady to come in my face and tell me to leave i tell them get away from me and my personal space , these so called Secretarys at this place should all be fired, plus i have her on a recording of how rude she was will be going to HR about her rudeness , you know before this this same lady was always very rude and mad at life so she would talke it out on patients/customers. Thanks for nothing "Lady".
Dr Jason Schnack is rude, extremely disrespectful and full of anger and rage. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. Think twice before coming here. Unless you want to be mistreated.
