Candace did a terrific job with our family with the passing of our mother. She showed compassion and presented us with options during a difficult time, including working around a Covid issue with some family members. Our Mom looked great for the viewing. The personnel really listened to us as we talked about our dad & gave us the space to personalize the service, yet left us feeling supported throughout. The caring and compassion & every unique detail made the ceremony perfect and gave my dad the send off he would have wished for. Lakeside was not only there for us during our most difficult time, afterwards the compassion and empathy continued as they called after the service and checked on us, which was much appreciated!

Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home West Seneca location took care of all the arrangements for my father’s wake and funeral service. They were consummate professionals from beginning to end. Everything was wonderful. With their help, we had a loving tribute to my father’s life. The staff continually asked if there was anything else they could do for us, and it was not just lip service. Even after the services were complete, they provided thank you cards for us to send to all those who came to pay their respects to my father. They were the most beautiful cards I ever seen, and when we needed more, they provided them free of charge. Joshua and staff couldn’t have handled the entire process of putting my son to rest any better. I could go on and on but I will keep it short by saying if this wasn’t flawless I wouldn’t be writing this or been able to try and move forward. There was no stone unturned and they all were perfect on how to handle the entire process and my entire family in the most sincere and genuine way possible. They have restored my faith in knowing there still very good people out there who care about others more than just doing a job. I now consider them family.

During the viewing, we received many compliments on how everything tied into my mother’s life. The staff went over and above in making sure everything was perfect. I was extremely pleased.
