Corporate group/individual training and workshops
I started Lakeside Personal Training in Sharon, MA after moving from New York where I worked in both health clubs and trained clients privately in their homes. Presently I am working with private clients, teaching Group Personal Training classes at the Sharon Comm. Center, as well as a Stretching class on Monday evenings at the Sharon Dance Center.
My passion for incorporating functional fitness into peoples daily lives has also led me to my job as a corporate fitness trainer for a large company in Boston. I am also an independent contractor for Business Health Services. They hire me to provide fitness workshops for companies looking for wellness services.
My personal fitness philosophy is that you have to push yourself and workout really hard and safely, so that you can physically live your life EASILY!
