This is by far the best urgent care I have ever received care at. From the check in process to all the in between, they take wonderful care of you! They’re efficient, kind, and thorough. I’d like to especially point out the office’s NP, Jessica Szatkowski. She is kind, willing to listen, and takes the time to treat correctly. I highly recommend them & will continue to make the drive even though I live 30+ minutes away. Thank you to MyHealth, I appreciate all that you do!

I visited Lakeside Urgent Care this week for a COVID test. I was checked into a room just minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Doctor and staff were attentive and friendly. My only critique is that each time I visit, I fill out the same forms with the same information. I would think that this info is already on file? Otherwise I highly recommend!

I would give this urgent care a 5 star review, because it was a great experience. The front desk was so helpful when I called to ask a question. They were friendly when I walked in, I was only waiting a few minutes before being called back. Waited just a short time for a Dr. The nurse was amazing while giving me a shot! The only complaint I have is that they will not give actual pain meds! Ibuprofen, even prescription strength, does nothing for pain. I realize this is not just their practice but with Dr's across the board. But we really do need to figure something else out so people don't have to live in pain!!

i went here with my mom and they treated her amazingly and the woman we spoke with was really nice and wonderful i believe her name to be Samantha, she was very communicative and understanding. and the others were very helpful too. I love how well they treated my mom and how nice they were, Thank You, i appreciate everyone that works here.

Dr. Jessica SZATKOWSKI was fantastic! I hate going to doctors, I hate waiting and then not always agreeing or understanding treatment, but not today! She got me in and out quickly and she knew immediately the best course of action and treatment for my situation. Dr. Jessica had an amazing bedside manner, she was knowledgeable, kind and caring and considerate of my time and my health.

Best urgent care! Jessica was was compassionate as well as very knowledgeable. I saw her two times and every time she came up with the correct diagnosis and treatment. Thank you!

This place is absolutely incredible. The work staff is kind and welcoming, the nurses and doctors are great at what they do, and overall the experience is quite pleasant! Go here if you need some help from a great urgent care.

Although the website says appointments they really don’t have them? However I was seen very quickly by the doctor & given great explanations… they sent prescriptions right to the pharmacy as well.

I took my son here today for a ear infection. The staff and NP were awesome. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My son is 2 and does not like going to the doctor. The MA who brought him back was so patient with him and nice. Everyone made him feel as comfortable as possible. The NP is extremely nice and seems like she is great with kids! I did not wait long. We will definitely be back!
