Spent a beautiful day at the lake on New Year's Day. The sun finally came out And it was nice to see snow on the mountains.

Everyone that works here is so kind. There are great options at the store too. Shirts, hats, sunglasses, cold drinks, food, sunscreen, essentials and more. My daughter loves to get ice cream bars from here!

Saw more "tread on me" flags that had been sun damaged than ever. Water level is super low. But it's a cool place to visit outside of Fresno.

Terrible staff, extremely rude to customers and the public trying to enjoy the lake. Changed their name to try to get away from bad Google reviews. Never do business here.

You just changed your name, but if your staff and owners treat fisherman and guest rudely you will continue to be called on it. Try apologizing and fixing how you treat people.

Lakeview Marina when I was growing up was called Lombardo's Landing as Bill and Marie Lombardo's built the whole place that is there now, the boat ramp, docks, store, apartment, motel and camp grounds. Their son Tony and I were friends at that time and I knew his older sister too. They also had businesses and I nice home in Fresno, but preferred to live at the lake, as that is where their hearts were. They were friends and great people. From time to time I would stay with the family, and between work, would enjoy fishing with Tony. His mom could really cook and prepared the fish we caught. My dad Frank Tatum had a Mercury Motor and boat business at that time in Dinuba, CA, called Frank's Boats and Motors and we spent a lot of time there, at the landing and on Pine Flat Lake helping our customers with their boating needs, repairs and taught many how to water ski. Those are great memories, and though I am not active at this time in boating, we still drive up to the landings and especially Lakeview to enjoy the scenery and great memories. The lake is low at time of writing, as the water is used for irrigation for our fertile valley's crops, but hopefully we will have a good rainy season and a good snow pack and it will soon fill up again.
