Love this place, from the staff to the atmosphere, to the care provided. Went in for an emergency exam & was in/out in 10 minutes. Went back for my annual exam, cleaning & 2 fillings - Cindy & Dr. Lin were wonderful. They made sure I was ok every step of the way + my teeth look/feel better than ever.
Dr. Lin is best dentist I ever met. Highly recommend!
Dr. Lin is very friendly and personable; she even remembered our conversation about my family from my visit six months ago! She is extremely thorough and professional, taking care during the exam to make sure I was comfortable and nothing was bothering me. She answered all my questions and took her time to explain procedures, describe x-rays and pictures, and helpful tips for follow-up care at home. The interactions I had with front desk and dental staff were personable and professional too. I felt they took every precaution to keep me safe and made me feel welcome and comfortable at Lakeview Smiles. The office had two new pieces of equipment for imaging that are state-of-the art. A very positive experience!

I went to Dr. Carol Lin as a second opinion after having a bad experience with my previous dentist. Dr. Lin was not aware of this however, I just told her that I was looking to establish care. Highly recommend this family dentist! She suggested alternative options that better suited my needs in comparison to my previous dentist.
Doctor Carol Lin always gave a thorough and professional exam. She is gentle and cares for her patients. All of her office staff are friendly and well organized . Their office meets the strong COVID-19 safety measures for her staff and patients. I am also happy with my dental cleaning.
This was the best dental exam ever! Dr. Lin and her assistant were smiling, friendly, and gentle. Patient teaching was informative. I especially liked the panoramic radiology and topical anesthesia prior to my cleaning. Thank you!
I am very happy with my visits to the office. Dr.Lin takes the time to be with patients, ensuring that all treatment is explained in detail. Very trustworthy. The staff is friendly, everyone works well together. If you are seeking dental attention, Definitely give this office a try.
They are the perfect dentist. Very well organized with appointment reminders through text and very good with healthcare billing complexities. They treat me as a person, remembering past details in my life. Great dental service. Always explaining things and making sure I am ok during cleanings.
Dr. Lin is very professional and a great dentist. However, their staffs are very rude, arrogant and un-professional. I requested them to postpone my cleaning appointment when there is COVID-19 lockdown in WA, but their front desk simply did not budge and kept repeating about their cancellation policy and $50 cancellation charge. I have never seen any other dental clinic not accommodating request to postpone an appointment before. They should think about offering that flexibilitywith or without a COVID-19 lockdown to their patients. Only reason this review is not one star is because I have otherwise found Dr. Lin a good dentist in the area.
