New to the Jamestown area we decided to go see the new Indiana Jones movie. I felt that everything there was nice, the entrance was cute, the “showing now” panels outside of the theaters are up to date and look very nice. The popcorn was okay and we didn’t try any of the other options. The only downfall I had was the theater I was in, 7, left me and my boyfriend with migraines after the movie was over/ just too loud. Overall, we enjoyed our time.
IT'S TIME FOR YOU GUYS TO HIRE SOME SECURITY GUARDS / BOUNCERS TO WATCH KIDS AND TEENAGERS IN THIS THEATER!!!!! You guys need to hire a BOUNCER ASAP because you let several unsupervised kids that needed a good BUT WHOOPING run all around in the theater, bang on stuff, make noises etc. as me and my girl tried to watch a over $50 movie!
Went last weekend. Road sign shows movies that haven’t been there in weeks . Arcade games that eat your money. Stale popcorn and when told about it they refilled with “new” popcorn that was still stale. Movie started late and was off the screen and they said they couldn’t fix it. Bathroom was out of paper towels. Just a bunch of kids working there. When you spend a lot of money at a local business you just expect a better experience
Disgusting! Apparently they don't bother to clean in between showings! Most of seats had spilled popcorn all over the floors, used napkins in the drinks holders and empty drinks as well! Gross!!
We had to go inside to get tickets as no one was at the ticket booth. Then had to wait while teenagers ordered and received their tickets and snacks. My mother uses a walker so the extra time standing was hard on her. There were 3 staff behind the counter so I’m not sure why they couldn’t offer us assistance while the teenagers were being served. We paid over $50 bucks for two tickets and two drinks and a popcorn to share. No senior discount was offered. The woman staff member just made a comment about it being a super long movie. The staff just said the movie is that way and pointed to the left side and it was not clear which theater we were to go in. They didn’t seem that interested in helping customers but wanting to chat amongst themselves. This was a movie that started about 3-4pm. Even another family seemed confused on what theater to go in. The theater was super hot and they had the movie playing extremely loud and I don’t mean movie theater loud, I mean it was so loud some people left also due to the heat!. The seats are super uncomfortable and absolutely no leg room what so ever. Super stiff and in an awkward completely upright position. Then the teenagers were constantly screaming details out about the movie and not once did a staff come check on things. Thank goodness they left midway through. Never again will my mother go back and not sure if I would either. Also the movie started late and they ran so many commercials at the beginning. The price alone was outrageous! I was hoping for a pleasant experience for my mother who doesn’t leave her home often. The only good thing was the movie itself.
It never fails..Whenever there's a pack of teenagers 3-8 in that pack, they are loud, always giggling, whispering during the movie, very, very annoying. No respect.. It's happened numerous times.
Went with my wife to see the new antman and the wasp film. Towards the end of the movie, kids just came running in, running up and down the stairs, playing music on their phones and yelling racial slurs through the theater. After 20 minutes of no one showing up and us hearing loud noises from outside the theater, I went outside to find tons of children. None were supervised. No workers were there, no parents. I had to go find a staff member who was very pleasant tbh and said she would place a supervisor by the door to our theater and secure it so no one would enter. When we left the theater, the kids were still out there and NO STAFF WERE AROUND AT ALL! They did secure our theater but I watched children run into other occupied theaters. The lack of concern for the experience of your customers is sad. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of employees, or a lack of training, but there should never have been that many children unsupervised in a public setting. In that situation as well, they should have been either supervised by a staff member or escorted from the premises. I will gladly go elsewhere in the future.
There was a large group of maybe 10-15 kids running in and out of the theatres shouting obscenities at people- the worst being one boy who ran into our theatre and litterally shouted the N word before running off halfway through the movie. No employees ever stopped it. At another point, a girl was casually pacing back and forth in the main aisle infront of the screen watching tik toks on her phone, volume fully up. My fiance, night ruined, left the theatre to find an employee, who did they said that they would do something, but nothing was ever done. To my knowledge nobody was offered any kind of refund. Its safe to say my business will be taken elsewhere.
Great Place to watch your favorite movies, not crowded. Popcorn is great and way to expensive.
Got to take my son. He's never been because he's on the spectrum. Very few people and it was all spaced out due to covid. He enjoyed watching The Paw Patrol movie. Sitting in New chair's thanks to the staff.
