Probably one of the worst days I have had in awhile..I was aggregated and upset and even with that the staff didn't take it personally and treated me like a human being still. They were all very understanding and they all had great energy...this visit was an amazing experience and it helped with the horrible day i had been having. I will definitely be coming back for all my dental work here. Thank you, all of you. Keep up the great work!!
No long wait to see the dentist. Very professional and knowledgeable.. All of my concerns and procedures were answered. Excellent staff and the office is amazing state of the art.
Wonderful experience! I had a dental emergency, recieved an emergency appointment immediately, had the tooth extracted by the afternoon. The whole staff is friendly and encouraging. I will be doing all my dental care through Normandy Lake Dentistry at Lakewood from now on!

Great service! Great Doctors! Everything here is worth choosing this dentist. Shoutout to everyone that provides great customer service every time I walking all the way to the point of me leaving. Samantha, Chelsea, Jamiah, and Michelle are all awesome employees. Always so kind and helpful.
I would really like to know why they keep calling me for an appointment but won’t address the fact that they owe me over $900! I was charged, paid for and fitted for a “flipper” just before covid hit although it was never set in my mouth. I thought I had found the best dental office but, this has been a nightmare. Every time I went in after covid, I had to keep asking about the flipper with each new dentist. I Was told I had a credit for it but they haven’t answered my request for refund yet! 6/2023z. Update, I’ve called the office several times to try to meet with you!! I get no return calls. I will be escalating this issue now
I have never been to any form of healthcare office that was as great as this!!! All of the employees are amazing. Very personable, informative, and attentive. The moment I walked in the receptionist Samantha made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She held conversations with me to help pass the very short wait time. The doctor who I seen Dr. Valiente explained everything to me in great detail and was open to hearing my opinions. The receptionist also went over my treatment plan which was very easy to understand : Chelsea the manger made it a priority to introduce herself to me and make sure that my visit went smooth. Thank you Lakewood dentistry for being so great.
I came in for the first time today as a new patient. Being so young I’ve never been in my own when it comes to medical appointments. Everyone at the office was super helpful when it came to explaining things, and making sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times. Service was above and beyond from the time I walked in the door, till the time I walked out. Not to mention the awesome coffee bar they had set up, it definitely shows they don’t discriminate against caffeine drinkers like me. I’m happy to their client, and recommend anyone looking.
