Lamai Thai Food

One of my favorite places to stop in for lunch spring-fall. It’s one of the few places I genuinely crave food from. If you’re a fan of sweet tea try the Thai tea and their fried pork is my go to order along with their spring rolls.Food: 5/5

My food and service were fantastic. Many options have oyster or fish sauce. The curries have shrimp paste. As a vegetarian, I dont eat those. They were very helpful with my needs.

The chicken fried rice was amazing. I’ve only been once but I’m ready to come back for seconds. It was really fast and the vegetables I could tell were fresh and big. It’s pricey for me but since it was a wonderful experience and a great lunch/dinner I will recommend this place. The lady’s were very kind. Parking was easy and the art was nice to look at while I waited.

We've visited 4 times since my first review and have tried 80% of the items on their menu. Everything was authentic and tasty! ----------------- Lovely little food truck with charming exotic decorations. Owners were very hospitable. Two of us came in around noon and ordered 4 dishes for lunch: Pad Thai, Kra Pao, Tom Yum and Papaya Salad. Portion was HUGE so we ended up taking 2 dishes to go... Everything is freshly made so do expect some waiting if you don't call them and order in advance. Overall, food was solid. Authentic and bursted with flavor. Could use slightly less sodium if I have to be picky. Being said, this is the place I would want to visit every week if I live nearby. Hands down the best Thai food we've had in Boise/Meridian/Nampa area.

I was a bit irritated at the long wait that was until I got my food, I realized what the long wait was for. The food was freshly made and authentic! I have tried tons and tons of Thai restaurants and nothing compares to this one! The flavors in their food is out of this world, Great prices for the amount of food you get, and they definitely focus on quality vs quantity!

Really good food made fresh to order. We had the pad Thai and pad prier and both were amazing. We added an order of cashew chicken as well and that was great, too. We had too much food!

My go-to for the freshest food! I've had lots of Thai food in my life, and this place is by far the best. The ladies that run it are so wonderful, and the food stand is the prettiest one in Idaho. This place is a MUST TRY. Everything on the menu is incredible and made to order! Perfect.Food: 5/5

This is hands down the best Thai food in the area in my opinion. The people who run this are very sweet. We loved the chicken pad Thai, drunken noodles and chicken fried rice. If you’re in the area give this place a try. It’s worth it!Food: 5/5

Amazing flavors. Great owners. Lots of fun weekly specials. I just wish we could select a heat level. Either way, they make great Thai food.

Delicious and caringly prepared! Second time here in a week. Had the cashew chicken last time and the red curry today. Serving sizes are huge! Seriously, 4 cups of goodness and 2 full cups of rice make up a serving. Plenty to share! Staff is friendly and wonderful also. I take it home and enjoy it with a glass of wine!
