In 1946 the Lamberti Sausage Company was founded by James and Eugenia Lamberti in New Haven, Connecticut. The company is still owned and operated by the same Lamberti family that began making Italian Sausage over 65 years ago.
We pride ourselves in manufacturing a fresh, lean, gluten free sausage consisting of 100% pure pork, only 11% fat, all natural casing and the finest spices.
Lamberti's all natural chicken sausage is made with the same authentic Italian taste, consists of only 8% fat and is also gluten free.
