Use Lambourne Travel to go to London for a week. We were non stop for the whole week and was definitely my Wife's favorite vacation we have ever taken. Went to China for 2 weeks and loved it. Couldn't have been a better time. I was a Celebrity their. People kept wanting to take a picture with me. Lol. We went to Rome for a week and could have had a better guide, but everything was beautiful. I'm not religious at all, but the Vatican is something everyone should see. Can't wait to book our next trip!!
We were working with Maria T. on a trip to Paris. She never returned emails or voicemail messages. We waited patiently for her to respond but ...nothing. I guess working out details for our trip was too much for her. I thought that was the job of a travel agent...to coordinate plans when there could be challenges such as a change in budget. Looking back at the brochure she gave us, she never had a handle on it, she didn't listen o what we wanted. She is probably relieved that we moved on. We are now working with Shaye at Kern Travel and from the first phone call I felt relieved! This lady Shaye knows what how to help travelers. Guess my disappointment with Maria at Tambourine was a blessing because it led us to Shaye at Kern travel. Don't waste your time with Maria T. at Lambourne.
The owner Larry is very helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention a fantastic tour guide. I always recommend Lambourne to others looking for overseas vacations and guided trips.
