My first time going here and um... let the nails speak for themselves!! The salon was cute, the ladies were extremely nice, the prices are fair and printed on a board, my nail tech was very tentative and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! But the best part... their CHARM COLLECTION!! If you're into kawaii nails then this is your place. They had so many charms, when I walked in there I just knew I needed a Hello Kitty one 5/5 I will definitely be going here again and next time I'll check out their pedis and waxing :
I wish I found Lan sooner! I have been to several nail salons in Apopka and Lan is by far the best! She takes pride in her quality work and wants her customers to be happy. I took my Mom here today to get french tips with dip powder and they look beautiful! She even opened her salon early to be flexible with my schedule. I will definitely be returning here to support her business!
We have been coming to Lan’s for several years and have always had a perfect experience. She and her team are experts, and very friendly, professional and just fun to be around. Highly recommend for all you nail needs and desires!
All I want to say is that Lan is the best! Come get your nails and pedicure here! She’s got the best hands, hands down!! Might as well call you Dr. Lan, your magical hands have given me relief after I came in with a BAD ingrown toe nail and I love how attentive she was to my needs, thank you so much Lan.
I have been going to Lan for years. She is always flexible and creates a welcoming environment for my services. Also, she goes the extra mile to remember me and takes time. I don’t feel rushed. I would truly recommend her services! I always look for her when I schedule.
Two separate times they forgot my top coat. Nails never last, lift way too soon. Workers do not care about any faults they made. Unclean. Update- I wrote this review while still in the salon. Once home, another nail broke from the same set that I just got one day prior Another update- Now 2 days from my the day I got my full set, and just a day after getting one fixed, very poorly at that. Another nail has broken and one has a crack. $50 down the drain for poor nails and people that don't care.
Loved my experience here, very relaxing and was asked a few times if my nails were how I wanted- love that attention to detail and what you want
Owner and tech friendly and gracious. Walk in Started my powder dip manicure immediately. Then asked to sit in another chair for 5 minutes while foils and acetone were removing old product. Turned out to be over 1/2 hour for that. Was told that the manicure would be 1 hour, but lasted 2+ hours. Dust all over UV dryer dirty. Equipment looked dirty. Junk on nail table, even a dusty plastic Santa Claus in April. Nails poorly and inconsistently shaped. Some nails not smooth. Salon very busy and owner and tech very apologetic about the wait. I was angry that they were untruthful about it. I should have known how long it would take, and then had the option not to stay, I am continuously bothered when anyone outwardly asks for a tip, as the tech did. Addition to review: One nail completely lifted next AM.
