Apparently good food at a 10 minute wait is unacceptable to some people. If you come to the mall for fast food then you came to the wrong place. The diner had long wait times and no one complained about that :/ Anyway, so far I've had their fried chicken good but I'm not much of a fried chicken guy, pulled pork sliders delicious but a bit messy, monster potato delicious, and my favorite the monster taco. They also have the best fries in the mall for those of you who have had Charley's loaded fries you know I don't say this lightly. Their blended drinks are also pretty delicious. Looking forward to eating here more.
I hate to give this bad review but the service I received today was very bad to say the least. There were only two people working during lunch rush. Which resulted in me having to wait 25 minutes for my order. I asked for an additional cup of ranch for my salad and they wanted to charge me a quarter. I pitched a fit and expressed how I felt like it should be on the house considering the time I had to wait. They obliged. But wait...it doesnt end there; Finally sat down with only 10 minutes to eat because my lunch hour was almost over and took a sip of my $4 smoothie only to discover that it was watered down and with no flavor! I paid $14 for a bad experience. *Advice to business owner- hire an additional hand for lunch rush and perfect the taste of your smoothies.
This was by far the worst meal I have ever paid for. I ordered their buffalo chicken nachos with the idea that there would be actual buffalo sauce on them. Instead, they use a buffalo flavored powder lightly sprinkled on the top of the nachos. I would have been happier with gas station nachos. I rarely leave a review for a business, but this is truly a sorry excuse for a restaurant.
Friendly service. The catfish was cooked to perfection. I had no problem substituting green salad for the fries. I would love to see a side of greens option. But sweet tea and catfish - there is nothing better.Thanks
All we ordered were chicken strips and a quesadilla, and three orders that were taken after us, which had multiple entrees, were ready before ours. Way too slow. Never going back.
Food was ok. Definitely not worth wait tho. Only 2 ladies working on a Saturday. Did feel bad for them. They did totally forget our smoothie tho so had to wait in line again for refund,and line was long. Won't be coming back.
Nice employees.....for a mall pit stop there food is fire!!! They cook when you order so it's very hot and fresh....and the fries may be some of the best I've had! Keep it up guys you're doing great!
eh the food is okay but the chicken is very plain , needs spice or something but the fries were very good . I waited for like 20 mins the girl was very nice tho she seemed shy
Chicken is always amazing! Fries are great too, never even need ketchup because the season is so good.
We went during lunch rush, they had 2 people working, didn't have a properly working register so they just wrote down out order on a post it note, I ordered chicken strips and the person BEHIND ME who spent prolly 10 dollars more on food than me, got theirs BEFORE ME, and when I EVENTUALLY got my food, the strips were awful, tasted like absolutely nothing and they almost forgot to give me my soda until I asked for it a second time....I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!
