Dr. Keyvani is a fully trained and board certified gynecologic surgeon. She is experienced in both routine gynecolgic care as well as complex female surgeries. Dr. Keyvani has been in solo practice in Lancaster County since 2002. She established Lancaster GALS in 2008.
