Very poor management and customer service. You have plenty of options around the area so picking another location is in your best interest!!
My $30,000 trailer was STOLEN from this location. Their “security video” system did nothing to help the Warren County Sheriffs Office identify the theft. Owners still charged me for the 4 months after the trailer was stolen. Renters BEWARE!
We were getting an apartment for my fiancé that’s right above the office there. Alex said he would pay us $13 an hour to help get the place ready from the previous tenant. He refused to take the money out of the first months rent and deposit you’ll have to see her review for more details on that. he threw a complete fit when I gave him a bad review on here. Was immature and wrote fabricated reviews on my business page. This guy is dishonest and conniving. My recommendation is to steer clear of bad people like this.
WE HAVE AN OFFICE IN THE FLEET OF OFFICES ON THE PROPERTY..THE OWNER AND MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY THE NICEST MAN..HES HELPFUL, KIND AND VERY PROFESSIONAL..THE OFFICES ARE CLEAN, UP TO DATE. WE ARE SO GLAD WE FOUND THIS PLACE AND WE WERE ABLE TO OBTAIN AN OFFICE FROM HIM..IF YOU NEED AN OFFICE SPACE, AND HE HAS AN OPENING, GRAB IT, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.
