It's nice to be able to get back to theatres after a long COVID hiatus. This place has SUPER COMFY seats! I got a delicious pretzel with cheese, which I highly recommend!
Just saw my first movie in 3 years. This theater has plenty of parking. Is easy to get to by driving or by the train to old town. It has been remodeled and is very nice. Tickets can be purchased online with seat selection guaranteed. There is now food on site as well as the standard fair of popcorn and drinks. There is also alcohol available. The seats recline and ate very comfortable. I really enjoyed my visit. Perhaps I did not give 5 stars because of the price. The afternoon movie price was 9 dollars each, however the soda and popcorn was expensive. For two seniors I paid about fifty dollars for admission and popcorn with soda.
I love this theater! It's always so clean, and nice inside. Real staff, not automated ticket machines, and pre-packaged food like those other theaters. At Harkins Arvada you'll find friendly staff, good food, clean restrooms, and comfortable recliners to enjoy your movie in. It's also handicapped friendly. I go here above any other movie theater, and would recommend it to anyone.
The family and I have been popping in at the Harkins Arvada theater for a few months now. The atmosphere is nice. The theater seats are set up very nicely. We have our favorite spots. Sorry no tell on that. Beer on tap for the group that wants to hangout before the movie or talk about the blockbuster they just saw. I'd give more stars but I can't get free refills on my soda. It's expensive enough to come here. The last movie we saw looked like the picture was out of focus at times. Otherwise we have always had a good time coming here. We'll be back.
Everyone was courteous and the theater was very clean. Only issue I had was you had to join the movie rewards program first in order to get a free refill on the extra large popcorn and if your looking to get refills on soda for free like evert where else. Nope ain't happening, you got to either pay for the loyalty cup and pay $2 for a refill on a large cup or just buy the extra large cup and get way more to drink. We don't go to the movies that often no more since we moved. I most likely won't be going back here cause of the nonsense for refills. Looks like where making a pilgrimage to our favorite Movie Tavern in Aurora from now on.
This location is one of our favorite theaters! The volume for the movies is appropriate and we don't have to wear our ear plugs. Popcorn always tastes great and the chairs are comfortable too
This theater is very comfortable with reclining seats. We went to a matinee so it wasn't crowded. I really like that you can book your seats in advance. The place was clean and the service was polite.
Super close to home, always has parking spaces, easy to get in, workers are always friendly, and getting snacks are easy. Depending on how many people are there, you have to wait, but whenever there's a free person, they always help out. Enjoy going here by myself and with friends.
Friendly customer service, clean bathrooms and spotless theater. The seats are super comfy and clean. Lots of room to hang out before and after.
Love all the reclining seats, great location. Tons of show times available. I bring a reusable tub now and they always accommodate it. Get the free Harkens membership and you get a free refill each time!
