We have taken several trips with Landmark Tours, most recently to Italy. We have thoroughly enjoyed traveling with Landmark. They are professional, experienced and also kind, courteous and fun! We can't wait for our next trip.
Traveled with landmark tours to Nashville for Christmas, the resort was beautiful, the venues I was able to attend fabulous. The tour manager was rude , not helpful and when I made a complaint the other tour manager made insulting comments in writing. Due to health problems and the antiety caused by tour manager I was unable to attend several events , the grand ole Opry being one of the reasons I went to Nashville. I had to get a ride to last destination and was told in not nice terms I best not be late so I skipped yet another event. I requested a refund due to their neglect and was denied
Toured with Warren and Sharon, they were delightful and the walking tour met all our expectations . I would recommend landmark tours and Sharon/ Warren as guides
Excellent company. Their tours are well planned, tour managers are knowledgeable, personable, and fun, events are enjoyable. It's great to just go and let someone else take care of all the details, but most importantly know that the details will be taken care of correctly! We will definitely be traveling with Landmark again!
