Wow I have bought my bras there for many years this was not a happy visit .my bras I bought was  to big.the lady that helped acted like I was bothering her. I will go online now to shop.but not online Elaine Bryant somewhere else.

I thought they had closed down for good, but they just moved over by Olive Garden instead of by Kohl’s…! They are expensive, but sometimes you have to spend a little more for something that fits you correctly

They always have great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! The selection of clothes is great, they have casual, business, lounge wear, athletic wear, and occasionally formal wear. The bra selection is fabulous, every size u can imagine. They no longer carry shoes in the store very disappointing.

Did a style appointment and it was AMAZING.  I had such a great time.  My stylist had me try on things I didn't think would look good on me and I'm so glad that she did. Can't wait for  summer to hit so I can do some more shopping

If I could rate it less than one star I would.  Upon entering the store we asked to get a bra fitting to which the lady huffed at and said ok. After telling us she hated folding underwear she took us to the fitting room, and then said “wait you’re not wearing a bra.” Which okay, there’s probably some reason why wearing one gets a better measurement BUT she proceeded to basically berate us for not wearing one—even though the whole reason we were there is because our current bras were leaving bruises and dug in painfully. This was mentioned. The lady who’s name I wished I got asked questions like “so you leave the house without a bra?”, “do you work from home is that why you’re not wearing one?“, and then said, “well even when you’re home you should at least wear a bralette or something.” First off, the whole reason we came was to get a bra. If wearing one would help in the fitting then cool let me try on one and we’ll try this again. Second, it does not matter if I leave the house without one. It is MY choice if/when I wear one. I’m so happy that she likes to wear bras everywhere and in her home, but I don’t have to nor want to. Thank you for your opinion though.  After all of that, we got a half done measurement—which again okay maybe not having a bra would make it that way but she could have had us try on one and THEN remeasured, OR simply refused. We got a range of sizes which we could have guessed ourselves and by this point she was rather huffy and we decided to look ourselves. We ended up leaving without getting a bra and have decided to never go back to a Lane Bryant because this is our fourth bad experience—and the rest we had bras on. In this experience in particular I feel like there were several different ways to handle the situation all of which did not happen.  In short, save yourself the time and go somewhere they will help or try to help you. Very, very disappointed.

I came in today May first 2021 at around 3:50 there was three women working they all stood behind the counter leaning on the wall the entire time I shopped. I was looking for a specific bra for my wedding not a single employee asked if I needed help looking for anything no one spoke to me the entirety of me being there which was about 30-45 minutes as well as the other customer who was there no one said a single word to either of us. After I tried my bras on I asked to use the bathroom as I’m very obviously 30 weeks pregnant and was told “no your best bet is another store” after I just spent 50 dollars on bras with not help I couldn’t even use the bathroom. I love lane bryant but would give this location zero stars if I could, seriously the worst customer service of any store I attended that day.

I don't like doing negative reviews; however, I have been to this store a few times to look for bras, and every time I go in, they look at me like 'you don't belong here,' and seem annoyed that I even dared to ask them a question. I am at an awkward size where it's hard to find the correct size - I'm too small for plus size stores, but am too big for some non-plus size clothing. Thankfully Victoria's Secret has expanded their line to include more sizes.

I used to take my ex in to purchase clothing.  This time I took my teen daughter who's rather uncomfortable bra shopping at other stores.  She was sized for a bra and was able to pick a couple.  The staff, as usual, was very helpful to her as well as to myself for the purchase.

Needing a new bra this week and decided to pop into Lane Bryant for a quick in and out purchase this Sunday. While staring at  the huge selection of bras on the wall Lisa approached me and quickly helped me calculate recent weight loss and find the perfect size! A quick try on and her assessing that the fit was indeed perfect, I was out of there in less then ten minutes! Lisa was fabulous as well as the other girls making sure I knew the deals of this week. I’m so thankful to have a plus size store in Nampa with women who are caring and beyond helpful!
