I went there to return a couple items and shop for more. Summer was not friendly and acted like I was doing something wrong by returning items, even though I was spending more money. She had some difficulty with one item and that's when Amanda stepped in. She didn't even acknowledge me. Frowned the whole time. She also acted like she was mad at me. Then when I got home, I noticed that a couple items didn't ring up correctly, so now I have to go back. Going forward though, I will be shopping at a different Lane Bryant location. ***Update- I have recently spoken with the manager, Rhonda. She was very understanding and wanted to make things right. I will probably return to this location considering this fact.
I went in this past weekend, and I wasn't greeted when I walked in, I had my hands full of hangers and wasn't asked once for a fitting room. So I just walked back and thankfully one was open. I put what didn't work on the rack, and kept looking for a different size. I was then asked what size I was looking for, and was told "are you sure you are that size?", indicating that I was bigger than what I was, with a rude and snotty tone. She never helped me in the fitting room, so how would she know what size I was? I went back into the fitting room and almost cried because of how rude and disrespectful she was. When I checked out, I had someone else help me and she was nice, but didn't make up for her other coworker. My mom who was also with me at the time, had a return and couldn't find the receipt, and got the same snotty and rude attitude when asking for help. This is ridiculous, because it is hard to be a plus size girl in this day and age, but being judged all in the same way for wearing what complimented me. I will have to be desperate to shop in store again at this location.
I stopped by today on a whim and it was a great experience! I’ve never been inside a Lane Bryant before but I’m glad I went in today. The employees were friendly without being pushy and Rhonda was very helpful and helped me find my correct bra size. I’ll definitely be stopping back in!
I haven't been to a LB in a million years, but the way this pandemic had expanded my waistline I figured it was time lol. I love the clothes there. They were gorgeous without making me feel frumpy which was definitely the confidence boost I needed. Not a fan on the prices, but overall the rest of the experience and the staff were amazing.
Ladies, we all know bra shopping is such a chore. A friend and I recently spent a very long time working with 3 ladies who really know what customer service is about. Even when it came time for each to clock out, they came back in to help and explain to the next shift what had been tried, what was liked so far, and the sizes that kept changing depending on style! My hats off to Vicky, Rhonda, and Mandy! A special thanks to Vicky for the bra lesson, and Mandy for making things right even after we left the store! Always a pleasure shopping till we drop at this store, and quite possibly the employees as well, but they do it with a smile.
They are the the bench mark for the last that needs clothing to be fashionable and made for ladies that have clothing that fits curves. It's inviting, clean, and safe.
Not friendly manager. Went in to return items on a rather large order. I was told even though I had the receipt I could not return a few items. One item was a pair of pants and the lady said, " I can make you this courtesy." So, you return a pair of pants without the tag but won't return the three other items without a tag? One of the ladies next to her said she remembered me!! Not to mention the night I bought almost $800 in merchandise they didn't know the sales going on and I was not credited the full sale buy $200 get $100 off They are overpriced, rude staff. I will not be back!!
Absolutely wonderful staff! They are helpful in finding the right styles and fits for my body which can be challenging with my height. The staff make this store my favorite place to shop.
Worst lane Bryant I’ve ever been too..I drove over an hour away to come this store since it’s the closest one and I should have just gone to Cincinnati! 4 employees in the store not a single one asked if I needed help, when I asked for help they pushed me to the next person so unprofessional! Workers standing in the way while I was trying to look for bras since they didn’t want to help and just looked at me instead of saying are you trying to find a certain size or anything at all..horrible!!
To my surprise I walked in to a sweater sale... Plus a birthday reward. Yes.. I saved money!
