Amazing quality clothing with awesome sale prices right now.  Went in to return items and left with a ton of new clearance merchandise.  Beautiful fabrics, fun patterns, designs are fitted and flattering.  But the best part was the customer service!  Both ladies helping me were so friendly and fun!  Will be spending a lot of time and money here!

The incredible women that work at this store are absolutely the gold standard of customer service.  I was looking for a particular product in a certain size and wanted the best price possible.  These ladies went above and beyond what I would consider normal call of duty to help me and make me feel like I made the right decision coming into their store.  While this is not my normal store due to location from my home, I will 100% be back simply to experience being treated like the most important person in the room.  That is a lost art form, but these ladies have got it nailed.  Great work you guys!

Very well maintained  space wise. Everything was placed ton make it customer friendly without having to touch others. They were able to accommodate  my disability  with letting me sit on a chair so I could rest. I didnt have my wheelchair  with me this time so it made it very hard to walk around . But the employees  were pleasant  and very accommodating  for me by being able to bring me items if I asked to see something they would.show me. I enjoyed my shopping trip and was able to buy some pretty nice outfits  and didnt spend alot because they had a sale.for 60% off  only in store not online.

This place changed my life. I’d been measured for bras at Victoria’s Secret, but they never really fit right. In fact, before coming here, I never even knew how a bra was supposed to fit. My first visit was almost a year ago, they hooked me up with a couple bras that, at the time, I thought they were really expensive. Totally worth the cost, honestly. Having my girls actually being supported like they should made me look and feel younger and healthier. No more constant readjustments, soreness when going up/down stairs, or back pain.  Went back this weekend and got two more amazing bras, and thanks to the staff, got them for a screaming deal. They all fit comfortably and everything is supported like it should be, it’s just wonderful to actually have a bra that fits. I’ve recommended Lane Bryant to basically anyone that would listen. If you’ve ever struggled with bras fitting weird, or underwires rubbing against your armpit, or sagging, get a fitting here and your girls will thank you. Doesn’t matter what size you are, you’ll find a bra that works for you.

The best experience I've ever had at one of your stores. Nicole was amazing to work with. She helped fit my daughters and I for bras. She is an awesome employee to have.

Very disappointed.  I don't live anywhere near a Lane Bryant so I try to shop when I go to cities that have one.  I purchased two bras.  When I got home, 4 hours away, I realized that they didn't take one of the security tags off one of the bras.  Guess what, there is nothing they can do.  I have to come back to get it removed.  I can't mail it back and them send me a new one, noting.  They said sorry there isn't anything they can do to help.  Honestly I think they should of apologized and fixed it, no matter what.  This bra is unwearable and not worth anything now.

It's super expensive, but high quality, cute, fashionable clothing. It's the best place to shop for us "plus size" ladies. I don't think I saw a size smaller than 14, which is a nice change for once.

Used to love this location... but the last several times there the store has been a mess.  Things not put away and laying stacked around.  They don’t have a lot of sizes and variety minimal.  Not sure if they have had a change in management or if they maybe NEED a change in management to be honest.  Hoping things come around as I love Lane Bryant just not this store at the moment.  Cacique bras are the best!!

I don't love the clothing in general but I got fat, have huge breasts and there aren't many other options. Especially not brick and mortar locations. First went in for bras, requested a sizing. Lady measured me, pulled the tape and said, is that snug? Replied that I have no sensitivity in my breasts so I couldn't really tell if it's how she was expecting. So she sinced it TIGHT. Well ya now I can feel THAT. Gave me a 42ddd, I tried it on and seemed OK. Bought some and left. Next day I wore one and by 5pm I was in so much pain I couldn't handle it. That bra was digging so bad and I was popping out the sides. Apparently 2 mins in a dressing room didn't reveal the true fit. I took them all back and a new lady helped me. I told her the size and she was shocked saying just by looking at me she knew it would be too small. She helpede do an exchange but I could barely find anything I even wanted. I ended up being a 42H so only several sizes larger. I used those bras maybe a year. They squeaked! You could hear me everywhere.  I've officially unsubscribed from ever shopping at this retailer ever again. I hope it works for other plus size women but not for me.

Wonderful. Great store with a wide selection and great prices! They have lots of bigger bras for plus size people, and they're not just uncomfortable wire bras. Highly recommended!
