I hope the ladies from lane bryant get to see this review!! Donna and hannah were fantastic. I walked out without what i really wanted..my husband went back in to ask a question. Went in to pick up and on line order. Service was fast. The young lady was friendly. Which makes you won't to return. The store was clean. And the atmosphere was just right.
I went into the store earlier today and there were two woman working at the time. An older lady with blonde hair and a younger one with darker hair. Neither were waiting on anyone and neither greeted anyone who walked into the store or asked if anyone needed any assistance. I was looking through the racks at some bras and selected a few then proceed to ask the younger lady just standing at the register if I could try them on and was told "yeah go ahead first door on the left. Maybe or may not be Covid related I had a mask on & they did not but I have never seen that much lack of customer interaction at a Lane Bryant EVER

Love this store. On trend and their clothes fit so well. You can have all the looks with those astronomical prices! And when they have a sale they do it right! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone plus size looking for affordable fashion!
Went in on two separate occasions and both times a black saleswoman was rude to me. The first time, I hadn't even step in the store and the saleswoman gave me a stank face. The second I came in because they had a sign that $6.98 clearance. So of course I went in to see what they had. As I was looking at clothes another saleswoman walks behind me like I'm stealing something. I never before have I shopped at Lane because they're expensive and after these to incidents I won't go back. They sell old lady stuff anyway.
Great team of Employees, Always upbeat and Happy to help. Up to date selection of super cute outfits. I receive Store sales events via Text. Standard return policy. Store and Dressing Rooms always clean.
I was only picking up an online order, but the employees weren't very eager to help. I wasn't offered assistance when I was checking out the sale items, and when asked how long the sale would continue the employee wasn't listening to my question and started to tell me about the sale items. Otherwise, the store was clean and not overcrowded.
This is a really nice store with some very nice fashions. Generally I would say that they are for the women in your life but it might be for the gender confused people in your life or the ones who want to identify in a particular way today. Whatever the polictally correct term is this is a very nice women's clothing store.
