Went to store first time yesterday as it’s 45 mins from me. The two sales associates were more than helpful and very knowledgeable to help you out. Clean comfortable store. Very pleasant shopping experience. I will be returning. Worth the drive!
This store was so organized, clean and such a delightfull first time experience. I needed HELP and Brittany did just that! I had my hands full with 2 small children and she made it as easy as she could for me to find what I needed and she recommended great products. Thankyou again Brittany!
Misty helped me and she was great but they didn't have what I was looking for. It would be great if they'd carry short or petite length sizes in store instead of having to order online.
I have never had an experience like this in a LANE BRYANT store. At no point was I greeted or offered any assistance or even made aware of what specials there were today. There were maybe 3 other shoppers inside of the store. So it wasn't terribly busy. Granted nothing went wrong..it was just a very cold experience and different in comparison to the level of service and hospitality I have been made accustomed to, in shopping with LANE BRYANT over many years.. I was the only person of color in the store at the time and it just felt cold. I am the last person to pull the race card. However, "something" was just very different. Just my perception and perspective.
I changed my review from 2 stars to 5 after revisiting almost a year later. As soon as I walked in Brittany greated me with amazing customer service. Very helpful with sizing and listening to what I was looking for. Misty was also behind the register when I came in with another customer but greeted me with a smile and when she was done with her customer she also was very helpful. I will definitely be going back when Brittany and Misty's are working. Customer service and great staff makes a difference. Thanks ladies for the great experience.
Though the prices are somewhat high the sales are tremendous. My visit today provided me with 40% off plus an extra 11% off any item that was available in the store. The customer service was prompt and very courteous. The store was very clean and the options and variety of clothing were greatly diverse. There were anything from very dressy clothing to just hanging out clothing. The selection of undergarments and lingerie we're also more abundant than I've seen in any department store and they had sizes for those who are somewhat overweight to very obese. This helps with almost almost any occasion type dressing. It was fun to be in the store to just look at the available clothing and even pick up a few pieces of jewelry that were also on sale. Unfortunately Lane Bryant like Catherines, both stores having served the larger gals in life most of those stores are closed almost all of Catherine's in Florida are closed and industry notifications site that Lane Bryant's eventually will be a part of that group as well. That is extremely disappointing news for those of us whose clothing attire needs to be a perfect fit. It was not hard to trek up to Port Richey as this location is very Central and easy to get into. I look forward to a return visit to take advantage of other sales to come and hope that Lane Bryant stays open for all of us women who would like to dress nice regardless of our sizes.

I came in today looking for a bra, I have never shopped at a Layne Bryant before but I will definitely be back to this location the 3 amazing ladies that worked there were beyond helpful and super sweet. 10/10 experience
I visited this location a few months ago and was treated awful by both sales girls. I asked for bra help and if this store was honoring the same sale as the location at citrus park. A “no we aren’t” would’ve been better than being sized up and an eye roll. I was happy to drive to citrus prk which isn’t exactly close to me as the two employees there were helpful and sweet.
Came in for fitting. Was told I was 36H. The bras had to be ordered. Waited a few weeks as wrong size was sent to store. By far the most uncomfortable bras I ever owned!! I got a lot of extra cup room so the H was wrong! Will not be back.
