Naomi is AMAZING! She is not only knowledgeable about the store products but she patiently takes time to ensure I am well informed about proper sizing, adjustments needed and comfort. Several people have measured me for intimates and gotten it wrong or didn't provide the additional insight on adjusting my bras to fit better. However, Naomi not only measures me but also offers advice based on the style and cut of each bra. During my most recent visit, a new store associate was initially helping me and I watched Naomi take time to walk her through each step of my initial return and ensure the young lady was learning hands-on. My mom also visited the store with me during my most recent trip and applauded Naomi for her patience, thoroughness and excellent customer service. Grateful for the LB ladies at this store and especially Naomi who makes my shopping experiences a remarkable one and raises the bar in the definition of excellent customer service.
I loveee this store! If you are a plus size woman with a bigger chest this store is for you!! The only place I can buy good quality bras for my size. The prices are a bit on the pricier side for the clothing etc but the sales are always amazing!! At the Denton location in particular the women who work there are always super kind, helpful and have great customer service!!
This place is fantastic. I went it in without knowledge of bra and Mrs. Naomi help me so much. Turns out I have been wearing the wrong bra size for years but, Mrs Naomi help me out and I an very grateful. I have never bought a bra and be happy until i walked into Lane Bryant. Lane Bryant is definitely become my go to store for all my bra's
Gina is awesome, so helpful and kind. I hate shopping but the selection at LB is spot on for timeless pieces.
Products are great however the girl at the counter was not pleasant at all. I was there to pick up an online order and she acted like I was disturbing her and like she couldn't hear me causing me to repeat all my information. Lane Bryant please hire competent people who actually enjoy their job and want to assist people! She won't make it long at that location!
My favorite clothing store!! The people that work here deserve a raise! They went out of their way to help me find everything I was looking for, and continued to help even after they closed! Thank you for being amazing ladies!!
I was expecting more selection my fault, as I went later in the evening on Black Friday, but the ladies working there were phenomenal! I wish I had their names, I know one of them was new and the other maybe a manager. So helpful, and really made me feel comfortable shopping there. 10/10!
Went bra shopping with my mom and sister yesterday BOGO1/2off. Naomi and Alisa are FABULOUS!!!! took so much time with us and were super helpful and full of knowledge. My mom is a stroke survivor and is trying to do as much as she can on her own, but fastening her bra has become extremely challenging and needs help more often. To preserve her dignity and independence we went shopping for front closure bras. Naomi remembered her from being a customer years ago and took so much time to help her find the right fit and a closure she can do herself. Mission accomplished! If you are a full figured girl - this is the place for you! Thank you for your customer service and compassion, Naomi & Alisa!
WE had a lovely experience here!! My mother-in-law and I had to shop for bras. I had heard from my boss that Lane Bryant was the place to go. They have ALL the sizes. Whitney helped us first, a quick measure and our size was found. Then, she showed us the style and type we preferred. Just minutes later, we both had two bras and we were thrilled. Gina helped us both, too. Totally happy and will shop there FIRST for bras!
Took my wife here to get a bra. She has very large breasts and it is hard for her to find comfortable bra's. They did a great job finding one that she liked. Very nice and friendly staff.
