I would like to thank you most kindly for making a special friend’s day. I received a call from Bianca from the florist to inform me that my friend could not be reached by telephone. This spoke volumes to me.. because it made me know that the florist wasn’t just going to deliver without the person being available. This was my first time using Lane Florist. I made my decision based on previous reviews. My friend is normally at home. I discovered that she scheduled a visit to the hairdresser. She was so pleased with the beautiful flower selection and was even happier about the chocolates.. and there is something wonderful about chocolate!! I will certainly patronize the florist in the future. Thank you again!!

I can’t say enough good things about Lane Florist. I live out of state and could not attend my dear friend’s baby shower. The event was on a Sunday, but that is not a typical delivery day so I requested Saturday delivery with strict instructions for the venue staff. The owner called me to let me know she would personally deliver the flowers on Sunday to ensure there were no problems. Wow! Additionally, she changed the vase to better compliment the modern venue décor. My friend sent me pictures. The arrangement was gorgeous and really made her day! After the event, the owner called to check-in and make sure everything was perfect. Their work is stunning and their customer service is exceptional! Thank you so much for allowing me to surprise and bless my dear friend!
This is an exceptional florist !!! I would have given six stars if it were an option. I have used Lane for many years. Recently, there was an issue with a special order. Even though it was a problem that was out of there control, they stayed in contact with me to see if I was satisfied and ended up completely replacing the arrangement. That gesture was extremely above and beyond my highest expectations. I can not more highly recommend Lane Florist !!!!
I highly recommend Lane Florist. I used them for our wedding and Angela did a terrific job in staying within our budget. The flower arrangements and bouquets were so beautiful! She also kept in communication with us and checked in to see if we needed anything. Also the best part about Lane's is that they are just so friendly and the sweetest people I have ever met. I just love them!
I ordered an arrangement with delivery for a friend's birthday and accidentally gave an address for her old house. Lane Florist not only created a beautiful arrangement for my friend but also managed to track her down at her new address once they realized the error. She ended up loving the flowers and I'm so grateful Lane took the time to make sure she received them!
Very Professional staff. Helped me change my delivery option with no hassles. Delivered in a timely manner. Freshly arranged and cut! Not like some of those places who deliver dead flowers in a box!
