Alexis was amazing and so helpful through the whole experience. Once I found my dress, I was worried about the length and she found time for me to come in the next day to try on the dress with my wedding shoes before we ordered it. The process was smooth and she pulled dresses based on what I was loving from each dress I tried on. Such special experience I am so grateful to have had!
LaNeige was the BEST! I went to 2 other bridal shops and it was by the far the best! I was asked so many questions I wouldn’t have even thought of! They showed me the dresses in different lightings and was so very patient and understanding and I had control of what I wanted to try on! Never once felt like I was being pushed to try on or purchase anything. I felt so comfortable and welcomed every time I went in! I would recommend LaNeige to anyone!
Ayden was absolutely amazing to work with. She listened throughout my entire appointment and kept picking new dresses that fit the feedback. The dress I ended up getting was one she personally pulled and I absolutely fell in love with it! She made my experience over all very enjoyable and 0 stress! I only went to this shop, and none others to find my dress. I am so very pleased and greatly appreciate all the work she put into my appointment. I would highly recommend her and this shop to anyone looking for a gorgeous wedding dress!!
I went to multiple bridal shops in Boise/Meridian/Eagle and Laneige, by far, was the best experience. And not only because I found my dress here! Lauren & Brooklyn were both super sweet and helpful, made it a comfortable and fun experience. Not to mention the shop is super cute with old wood floors and twinkly lights, and a great location downtown. It really was the best place around, highly recommend!

She knew exactly how to help, the right questions to ask, the perfect persona, I couldn't have imagined a better experience. And I owe it all to Alexis!!! Alexis was so helpful in picking out dresses for me and did not put any pressure on me to buy a dress. I ended up finding my dress at LaNeige, and the great experience here definitely helped me make that decision!
LaNeige was one of three stores I went wedding dress shopping at. The experience shopping was great. Ayden made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and pulled dresses that I would never of thought I would pull for myself. I wasn't fully settled on a dress when I left the first time but decided to swing back by unannounced a few days later to see the dress again. They didn't even bat an eye and let me try the dress on again with no appointment and this time, found an additional piece to make it the one! Unfortunately there was a mishap with ordering and the dress that arrived was not the correct dress and a new one had to be reordered. Although this was stressful as the dress was now expected to arrive just under two months before my wedding, Lauren and Debbie took great care of me and made sure the did everything they could to remedy the situation. Lauren was in constant communication and Debbie, the owner, was incredibly sweet and kind and they shipped my dress direct to me so I could have it in my hands as quick as possible.
Everyone here is very kind, but the customer service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They never answered or returned a call and my dress was supposed to be ordered with special customizations and my dress came with none of them. Additionally, they did not call me when my dress arrived and I had to reach out numerous times. They were nice to offer to pay for the alterations I wanted done, but they turned out to be impossible unless done by the designer. So, if you want to get ahold of them, the only way is over Instagram messenger and be careful if you order a dress and ask for customizations. I HATE to leave a bad review, but it was truly such a poor experience especially for such an expensive investment like a wedding gown.
Wonderful experience with Lauren. The shop was very nice and elegant. Had plenty of beautiful dresses for us to pick through. Lauren did a great job catering to our needs and helped my sister find an incredible dress that we all loved! Would highly recommend.
I realized that I had forgotten to come on here and leave a review! I got married almost 3 years ago and I still think about my wedding dress! I wish I could wear it every single day! It is the single most beautiful dress I have ever seen! The detail on the back was to die for! I had such a wonderful experience at LaNeige! The staff was amazing and treated me and my guests with kindness! They made me feel super relaxed while I went through the process of trying on dresses. There were so many options to pick from! I have always highly recommended LaNeige to anyone who is getting married!
