For a long time, this exchange was on the property of the Westshore Town Centre. If you went to the retail around it, or to events at Starlight Stadium, it was a good reason to take transit. Not now being at the top of the hill. If you have groceries or shopping, it isn't convenient to be moving up or downhill. Not to mention the wait times for some buses.
Shout out to the worst busing system I have ever used I've taken the bus in multiple provinces and cities even other countries and Victorias buses are still the worst
