Our firm is located in Statesboro, Georgia, and was founded in 1983 by Marshall Thigpen. Russ Lanier joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1990. Joe Westerfield and Richard Deal joined the firm as partners in 2006, and Kay Proctor became a partner in 2016 after working with the firm as a staff CPA for many years.
