Thanx Dr. Rana and Ali and the rest of the team for taking best care of my 16-year-old maltese dog, MONG. The Dr. is very professional and calm at what he does. The whole crew was so professional and thoughtful~ Plus, the general price was good enough. My dog had survived from CHF & Kidney failure for almost 2 years and he ended his doggo life recently with complications quite smoothly. Thank you so much!
I called in because my cat wasn't eating, and as a student I couldn't afford to pay the massive prices at the other local vets. This place is much more reasonably priced! Even better, Kayla and Fion suggested microwaving my cats food to increase the smell and my cat is gulping down his food again. That's some amazing service, I will never go to another vet again!!
Dr. Rana has always provided amazing care for my cat Georgie. He also provided great service to a rescue pitbull in my care. I would reccomend anyone to take their pets here for great veterinary service
They made us give a credit card for an appointment for our hamster. They charged $80 without us knowing. When we took our hamster to them for check up because she was sick. But the doctor didn't know the reason for her illness and suggests we do a more detailed check up. At that time we found out they charged the credit card when we booked the apartment. Now we have around $20 credit. But we don't think of going back because the kind of business they do is not appropriate. Thinking of reporting to BBB.
You took sample of my pet last Friday and I was told that I would be contacted Monday for the results. I called in Monday afternoon and you promised to call me after hour the same day. No call. I called in again Tuesday morning and was told the Dr would call soon. Had to call again in the afternoon since still not hearing anything back. Dr finally called and explained the result. I requested for the estimate for more tests needed. Dr said I could call to ask assistants for it. Called today, was told the estimate was not finished but will be emailed to me today. Now it's 9:45pm, I got nothing. If you can't do something, do not promise. I feel like I have to constantly follow up for things you guys are supposed to provide as part of the service! So unprofessional! It's like you don't care about my pet's health so that you take however long despite me being the parent is worried sick. Don't bother to give me the estimate. I don't trust you with my cat. I'll go elsewhere and will not recommend any pet owners about your store based on my experience. 1/19/2022
My kitten get spayed and vaccined here, They took such a good care of her. First time I went there my kitten was drooling cause of anxiety and they helped me claming her down. They always call to check on my kitten everytime after visiting. The price is reasonable. Recommend!
Professional and top quality veterinary service in Richmond. Our kitten was spayed here and seemed happy with the overall experience. The receptionists are very sharp and on top of everything, which I appreciate! We definitely trust this clinic with our fur babies :
Dr Rana is very caring and will always look for the best way to help your pet! I am very happy with him. Prices are also quite good compared to other vets I have been to. Staff is great and friendly. Highly recommended!
Throughout the past 9 years I've had experience with a few different vets. There were those who will just try to get every single penny out of you or they will quote you top dollar and discount 50% if they think you will take your pet else where, others just don't really care. Dr. Rana would be my top pick. Every time when there's a health issue with my cats Dr. Rana would suggest alternatives according to the budget I have. He would spend the time to tell me what's needed and what's recommended. I do feel that he really cares about my cats. I've also board my cats here a few times while i was at vacation. I felt relieve to have a vet on site everyday when i was away knowing that my cats are in good hands. The staffs are courteous and helpful. - The only person who will truly look after your pet is yourself, not your vet! So don't blame him for things you didn't do -
Dr. Rana and his staff provide excellent care for his patients. I have not only worked with him but have taken my previous dog to him for care. In both instances I have seen him treat my dog as well as other patients as if they were his own. He is very thorough. He is quite comparably priced as well even lower sometimes than other clinics. I recently got a puppy and I will be returning to Lansdowne Animal Hospital.
