I recently changed addresses and was surprised, but not surprised, to find that our agent had informed the carrier right away, only to find out that our premium went down by almost $100! Great company that knows their stuff and the best part that is hard to find these days - Customer service! They are responsive and take their time to make the right policy for you and your needs. Explain what everything is and what you have to have then make their recommendations and let you know what risks there are if you don’t etc but at the end of the day there is no pressure to anything.
The Leavitt Insurance Agency has been my go-to Agency when clients ask for my assistance in obtaining insurance coverage. They have a fabulous staff who are very knowledgeable and very friendly and eager to help. The customer service just doesn't get any better than with the Leavitt Agency. They truly have consistently exceeded my client's and my expectations!
We have a vacation trailer in the Mohave National Park and the new owner about 5 years ago required insurance. I called local brokers in CA and ones in Vegas as well and nobody would give me a quote and one even told me it wasn't worth the commission for them to do our trailer only worth about 15k. I called the resort and found out Leavitt was doing the policies for most of these trailers so I called them and got a quote that was well priced and they were prompt as well. My premium has actually slightly decreased over the years which means they are also a fair company since unfortunately these trailers depreciate but it's not an investment for us. Easy to renew and pay online and glad that we have coverage now and Leavitt made it easy. Thank you!
